On the 18/7/2022 at about 7.40 to be precised.I made a payment of 30, 000 naira for my prepaid through irecharge.com to ikeja electric and till this moment no token has been generated.They kept telling me service was down and at some point they no longer reply, even the customer care line is not going. I am running out of patience.Please kindly help...

On the 29th day of January 2022 at about 5pm I made a payment of 800 naira for gotv subscription, smartcard number [protected]. this payment was from my gtbank account to Polaris Bank with account number [protected]. There was a success notification but as we speak the gotv account is blocked. kindly rectify please or refund the money.

Regarding online recharge

On 14th may 2016. I made a payment of rs. 100/- on a prepaid airtel number using my sbi debit card. Amount got deducted but recharge was unsuccessful. A mail from [protected]@irechargeonline.com informed that the amount will be credited to e-wallet for later recharges.
I checked their website. There is nothing called e-wallet on it. I checked for rising a new ticket for refund of rs.100/-. But it was showing an error :your account has been suspended please contact your account administrator ([protected]@irechargeonline.com). It looks like a money laundering scam, as no contact details not customer care support systems are functional. I sincerely request you to look into the matter.

On 3rd of May 2016 at 7.14. 29 AM I through my credit card made successful transaction of Rs 425. 00 vide EBS PAYMENT ID 53336476 & Merchant Reference No 16CDWUT7D4I1JV9638.
But recharge was failed for my airtel digital tv Id no.[protected].
It requested to reverse the amount.

I made a bill payment of rs.1500 from my PNB bank account. The amount has been deducted but i have received a mail that the transaction has been failed. I am not getting any support from the website. On the 30 October I made a payment for aedc units and after the transaction showed successful and the amount was deducted from my account it showed error but no code was sent to me my mobile number and neither was I given a refund.Please do something to rectify this reach me on [protected]

i recharged my mobile [protected] for rs 149, for 1 gb data tata do co mo, but till now the recharge is not succesful
I am receiving a call from number [protected] asking my debit card information, please look after this fraud telling him an executive of payment gateway.the executive is asking for personal information which he is not suppose to ask.my problem about getting refund or use of internet has not solved due to cheating by irecharge.com. i have contacted them, but no reply till now, please do the needful.

Online rechange failed, amount deducted
I have made recharge on irecharge.com website on 24April 2016 for INR 199.Amount is deducted from my INGVYSYA bank account[protected], but the transaction failed.Amount is not revert back to my account.My request is to revert my amount back to my account[protected].
