I ordered a UCB watch which seems to look classy and elegant in the photo. But unfortunately, I received a cheap quality product. Which is not a genuine watch.
I wrote about this to the company and even try to contact there customer care number but no luck. They are asking me to send the product back on my expenses and then they will replace which was not mention any were previously.

Even the details o[censored]CB was fake, I tried to send an email to UCB regarding this but details provided on the box and on warranty card is fake. No such email address exists even they fake the barcode.

I have placed an order for BENETTON-06-BL-WATCH under HDFCUCB offer. The requisite money has been debited from my HDFC Bank account, but I have not received any confirmation from www.iredeem.in. Further, your helpline number given above is also not responding.

Please confirm the order through mail or sms.
