My name is Tushar Nigam and my Pan no is ADTPN5004F. My IT Refund is due for the year[protected]. Order No issued is[protected] dt 7/8/2012. It is not being refunded to me .
I would kindly request you to help me in getting my refund released at the earliest and save me from the mental agony that I am going through. My mobile is [protected].

I would please like to know when I shall be getting back my refunds for the assessment years 2008-9 and 2009-10.
The amonuts are 80,000 and 60,000 resp.
A month back I had been to ward 1/1 in thane, I was told that I would be getting my refund within 15 days but now its more then a month???

My pan number is AZEPS2981F i m yet to receive my refund its almost 4 years and more now went many times to required IT office submitted all required documents, went and also clarified the required details to them - they also told many times i will receive soon also i have given all details, req docs, account number where they can deposit the refund amt which is more than 30000 rupees. pls help me in getting my refunnd

Dear Sir,

My TDS refund was returned in January 2012 as my address had changed. After that i submitted necessary documents by courier and mail in March 2012 for ECS clearing and new bank and address. But have not received any communication for the refund. My PAN number is AERPS8688F.
Kindly let me know the status of my refund.

But last year i have been transferred to Silchar and for such this year i,e for the assessment year[protected] I have filed my IT return in Silchar and got my refund also. Hi,

An amount of Rs14380/- (along with interest) assessment year 2007-08 was sent from Income tax as refund. The Cheque was valid till 2nd May 2009. The cheque was delivered wrongly another person with the same name as mine as our office got shifted to another location.
On enquiring the cheque status it says that the cheque got expired.Please assist me to get the same.

HI,

I have still not received the IT refund amount of 5000/- for the year 2007=08which I filed online in the year June 2008.

I filed it online through myitreturn.com

The website redirects to "https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/oltas/servlet/TaxRefundStatus" where it says "Your assessing officer has not sent this refund to Refund Banker.".

Please let us know what to do....
