it's a reverse shipment where clothes were picked from my client .
I was handed over incorrect items under tha package, some poor quality suits were delivered to me .
Despite sharing all the proofs with Ithinkteam, they are unable to sort the issue .
The inside label on the shipment belongs to some other seller . attaching all the relevant details here .
Their account manager ' SEJAL ' has the audacity to even state ' that seller must be lying, Rather than helping out with the issue she mentioned that you must have ordered these from somewhere '.
They made us wait for good 1.5 months telling us we are working on it, and closed the query saying ' we aren't going to take any loss on the same ' .

Another thing i would like to highlight about the company - ' Delhivery courier company provides the claim upto 5, 000/- INR, But the ITHINK company has made it's own policies of only giving claim upto 1000/- Rs '

But it seems like their company is keeping all the refund to themselves and leaving the seller with nothing but egostic reverts

Resolution required -
Full refund of the wrongly delivered / lost items .

    Despite sharing all the proofs with Ithinkteam, they are unable to sort the issue .
    The inside label on the shipment belongs to some other seller . attaching all the relevant details here .
