My 1st concern -
In the month of Oct on 5th oct which is my emi date 7270 rs was auto debited from my bank account on 5th oct in which my 5th emi 1090 of 6000 rs loan 1287 rs emi of 13200rs loan and 4, 893rs was debited for my dhani pay credit line and it was updated in your systems also and I got the statements also on 22nd Oct which is attached below .
So in total it was debited as per your college told me 1090+1287+4893=7270

My 2nd concern -
And also 2377 rs was auto debited from my account on 5th Nov which is also not updated which was 1090 emi of 600rs loan and 1287 of 13200 so in total 2377 was auto debited from my account and it's been whole month and it's not updated in your system as yesterday I called to your customer care number and spoken with Mis Anju Yadav and she told me that she can't help me as I have to drop mail for every concern .
What a pathetic service you guys have then why you guys opened this call center .
Here below I am attaching the screenshot of the nov month bank statement which clearly shows that it was auto debited and till yet not updated and also uploaded the bank statement till today from 1st Nov .
Kindly do the needful on priority .

My 3RD concern -
And In my Indiabulls dhani application 6970 dues are showing so I wanted to know that In the month of Oct my 7270 amount was debited and in November 2377 amount was debited then why is it showing 6970 ??
Please revert and clarify my all the issues

Emi amount got debited from my yes bank savings account but not credited to ivl finance.
