My name is sohan singh.My mother is suffering from kidney related disease and I am getting her treatment through ECHS for the last three months at IVY hospital mohali.We prefer private hospital because our treatment will be better here as compare to private hospital, but the condition of this hospital is worse than the government hospital. I had just gone to IVY Mohali for the checkup of my mother on 24 Jan 2024 and I had already taken an appointment to meet DR Raka kaushal.I was given appointment at 1:30pm.When we came at 1:30pm to meet with Dr Raka kaushal then reception staff stopped me to meet Dr Raka kaushsl they snt my file to another Dr who was sardar and I don't know his name.He said I have some tests get theme done.when we came with test report at 3:15pm I said that I have to show these reports to Dr Raka kaushal then at the reception all staff said Dr Raka kaushal has refused to check any kind of report .S o I want ask one question then what is the benefit of appointment and private hospital even after Dr don't have time to meet with patients even after giving appointments.Then at 5:00pm they send my file to Dr kulwant singh.I meet with Dr kulwant singh, he does not know how to talk to patients their attendants.In this hospital there is no etiquette of talking in doctors and staff members to how talk with patients.They all talk like, patients come here to get free treatment.But one must Remer that their household runs only on the patients money.
I request all other people to look for some other hospitals instead of coming to this hospital.In this context i will write to ministry of defense Ex-servicemen Welfare to blacklist such hospitals from ECHS empanneled list.

My grandmother was admitted to hospital with knee fracture.As we always went to max hospital but doctor Manoj Wadhwa moved to IVy hospital because of which we have to come to IVY hospital for treatment.First they said, surgery will be done tomorrow so deposit money and they will start preparing all.Later, Sunday then Monday as they are waiting for imported implant and told us to deposit more money.My grandmother didn’t passed stools from 4 days, we told to doctor and nurse so many times but they don’t bother.Later, we said nurse to give her enema as she was bloating and After saying her 4-5 times, she gave Enema and forgot to put pot which made my grandmother pooped on the bed and made my grandmother anxious and breathlessness. after doing CT scan they said it’s all right now and we can do surgery next day and deposit money again .After depositing money, doctor said cardio reports are not good so their is risk of surgery .I can’t understand why they haven’t done echo cardio tests when we admitted her and after 4 days they see a risk( low heart rate, kidney not working well, lungs filled with water ). They are playing with our emotions, we think doctors are god but these days doctors just want money.
Ridiculous service by the hospital, all staff including management, doctors, nurses playing with our emotions.
Go to fortis or max hospital at least patient is safe and they care.
I urge Everyone to put complaint to medical council so that they should take strict action towards hospital and innocent lives to be saved.

I have admitted my mother(Jaswant Kaur) for Knee replacement surgery in April"22 and discharge after 2-3 days under guidance of Dr.Manoj Wadhwa & ICU team Dr. Shyam, after discharge we have follow all instruction like physiotherapy and medicine as recommended by both Dr. and follow up check as suggest and but swelling not reducing and Dr. Shyam again asking will visit the Hospital for analysis but he just saying small infection and suggest pain killer & infection TAB and start again medicine but no any changes in swelling and pain and my mother was not walking due to swelling and pain and no one respond and extending the time and some one suggested Dr. Manoj & team not doing any thing just extending the time and collecting the ODC charges in every visit and then taken the decision to checkup with another Dr. after meeting with Dr. Sunny Single and suggest proper proper treatment & suggested Some TABLETs for 10 Days, after 3-4 days start reducing the swelling and again start walking properly, so i request i am claiming as i have paid 2 Lak for this surgery, Kindly take up with hospital team for resolution.

My father was admitted in emergency ward of ivy hospital due to high bp, but no one was serious about treatment and diagnosis. Whole team of hospital is always focused to incease the bills of patients. This was a worst experience in this hospital. On sunday no doctors were available for diagnosis and lab test reports. But hospital staff did not informed us about lack of doctors on sunday. Hospital staff did three major tests in three days span to increase the stay of patient in hospital. All these test could be done in one day. To increase the bill patient was kept in hdu emergency ward. But working process of staff was slow, they were not serious about emergency situation of patient. I request some strict action should be taken against these type of hospital. They have increased the bill to high extent on the name of emergency situation. But whole process of diagnosis was delayed knowingly.
