I placed order long back, it redirect me directly to payment because cash on delivery option wasn’t there I didn’t get kind confirmation from the website and still my order isn’t delivered I payed around 1999...

I ordered sunglasses organizer for 1199 and the only communication I got is the order is confirmed. I have sent multiple emails to them asking for update to but totally disappointment.

They do not have a phone number only email id which is of no news. They promise delivery in 3-5 business days but it seems to be a fake one. The address is Mira Road but then they don’t seem to be legit...

Jack Marc is a very clear fraud company is making money by cheating people with fake online website who doesn’t deliver anything after taking the money from the customer.
I am victim of losing Rs 6033 for ordering 2belts and 2Shoes on 11th July thinking it’s an authentic company but it turns out it’s a fraud company. More than 100s of people has lost lakhs of money in this company, will request the police/Cyber crime to take...

Jack marc : Fraud website, i fully paid but no revert from company on email.
company's website doesnt have phone number, owners name and correct address.
The bluedart airway bill number shows "shipment pickup cancelled".

I had ordered stylish peshawari shoes on 17th april and it is still not delivered and not even picked up from any place

Another order was delivered but I wanted it to replace it with thé different size number but I can’t see ang exchange option available
