I have purchased one pair of show from this website. After 7 days I receive the product but found it to a fake & cheap one. The product being displayed on the site & in real is completely poles apart. There is no match in quality, tone, shade & finishing. It is completely ordinary & doesn't worth the price they are demanding. This organization is a fake one, looting public by deceit, They dont have any business ethics. They lure customers...

I recently purchased an order (black boot) from jackmarc I ordered in 7th march but the product was very lag and take long time finally i got the product on 24th march. But the product was not same as i ordered that is a fake product and the product was not worth it for the price. I contact they but no response there policy shows that the return refund was only 3 days after delivery.today was 2nd day there was not response from the company...

I have sunglasses but totally felt bad about the quality. i want to return the product and claim refund for the same. The very next day of the delivery i lodged a complaint by sending an email to their support email address. But not received any reply from them.

They have stringent clauses for returning the product like within 3 days etc.
But there is no customer helpline for this company, felt really helpless.

Totally not satisfied with their product and customer support.

I urge the customers to think before buying any of their product.

Not received my parcel till date i have booked on 26 October 2023 they are not responding to me i have paid an amount of Ra 3198 to company. Look into this matter i have mailed them several times my oder number is #[protected]#6717-A change to..i need your support....

I ordered shoes from this website but I received wrong product and now when I want to return this product there is no option, I emailed them but there is no response, please do not buy from this website they are counterfeit, and selling fake products....

I recieved my tan chelsea boots last night and I am really disappointed by this purchase. The shoes look nothing like the pictures. The colour is different. The condition is also not good, they don't look brand new and the insoles has Gucci written on them for some reason and they look like a cheap rip off shoe. I feel decieved and I would like to return this item asap and would like to the know the next few steps and I want my money back.

I have pay an amount of Rs 3200 for jack marc shoe and belt. On 26 October 2023 but they are not responding and they are doing fraud. Help in this matter i want my money return. I have not recievd any parcel till date...

I paid amount of My item by online payment. And then I get mail from Jack marc and they mention your shipment is one the way vai Blue dart. After I inquirer in blue dart they said your shipment is cancle by shipper or saler.

I ordered shoes online on 10th June 23 and still product is not dispatched.

I ordered eyeglass frame in JackMarc, website and it was delivered on 21/01/2023, the product which I ordered available in the website and actual received product is different colour.

In website it is black and silver, where as recieved eyeglass frame is full black color.

I wanted to return it from 21/01/2023 I am sending mail but no response from them.

I purchase a hand bag and make payment also but not received product yet and the number they send is switched off they are just fooling people. I am just saying that don't purchase anything from this website it's fake and expensive.

I ordered for a brown shoe and paid online but didn’t received any confirmation yet and also the contact number is switched off and I mailed them too but no reply till now

I just to say people to not to buy anything from this site they are doing fraud business…. I tried to return the shoes because they were not the same in the displayed image on the website the displayed shoes are different and delivered shoes are different and I haven't found any link to return the shoes. Please help me out. No response till now was emailing them day I got these shoes and their policy says return in just one week if not refund won’t apply.
