Constant leakage from the wall built flush in the bathroom

Sub: Sink Mixer Jaguar (Flora) Leaking Needs immediate repairs
Ref: My online numerous complaints since 17th May 2021
Dear Sir,
In spite of my numerous complaints daily since 17th May, I was not provided any assured reply for rectifying the fault. Mr. Harpreet your Technician replaced the spindle with a new one on 21st May, for which I am grateful. I had to shell out Rs 700/- (Spindle Flora Rs 450+Service Rs 250). I wish to contest this charges due to the following reasons: -
i) Jaguar sanitary ware were purchased from M/s Goyal Sanitary Sales Sector 18 D Chandigarh 0n 24/05/2019 for which 10 Years warranty is provided by Jaguar Company.
ii) Earlier also similar defect was rectified in one of the bathrooms tap and spindle was replaced without any payment at all.
iii) The spindle damage (within the tap) was not caused by us at all and it was expected that the job will be done free of cost being on Warranty.
I humbly request you to consider refund of the entire amount for which I shall be grateful.
