I booked a ticket 2 weeks in advance.Got the bus number thru message on the day of travel. Bus was scheduled at 11.30PM. I tried contacting then from 11.45 since I could not find the bus. First time they picked my call and unnecessarily asked my details and the person said he is checking on it.Few mins later my cal was not picked up even though I tried all their numbers till 1.00 PM. I was stranded at night for the only reason I booked ticket...

Very worst service from Jai Hanuman Travels, booked tickets on 4-oct -2015 for 11:30 pm through paytm website... i did not get bus and no proper response from travels till 1:00 am and they asked to come by other bus. please be ware of booking unknown travels...
