Dear sir,
I have purchased the sweat and slim belt from tv add, and two days after i have received the same from your organization.
This is poor product i just want to aware the public please dont spoil your money for this belt because after your purcahse no one is going to attend your call wheather even the number given on the box is not going to attend your call.
If they will attend then they will tell you that your complaint is registered and you will receive a call but this is my 4th day i didn't received any single call and now they are not attending my calls. One more thing customer care is very rude as well they don't have manners how to deal with a customer after getting money for the product (Fraud)

We have seen your product on tv & ordered the product & received your product on 17th-sep-2018, the product is of very poor quality & got teared on first use only. We have complained it on your customer care mob-no.- [protected] but they told that somebody will call back from your office for the solution of the problem. But no body has called till now & your customer care is continuously fooling us & moreover not picking the phone from our registered no. Just after "hello", phone is being cut off many times and many times the phone is cut by the customer care on seeing my. No.
Now it is the matter of the integrity of your company to act properly in the matter and refund our rs. 1590/- immediately as the product supplied is under quality & your customer care is fooling the people.

I ordered 1 piece rs1590+rs 300 shipping, subject belt around 45 days back. I received 2 nos. Size xl and xxl, without asking my size. My waist size is 38inches. I used xl for around 10days but inner pad foam got split vertically and dimension increased by 7-8 inches, became very loose and uneffective.
Now i use xxl but it is loose to my stomach and waist and not effective at all.
I wrote a mail to teleshopping...

worst quality of sweat slim belts

Dear sir
I want to inform you that i ordered sweat slim belt (Set of two belts cost rs.999+ rs. 300 courrier) on[protected] through tv ad. The order was executed the next day. To my surprise within two days both the belts started tearing off from the thread and also the cotton portion, on 28th i telephoned to the numbers provided on the packing (Ph. No. [protected] may be call centre no.) their reply was your complaint will be sent to the manufacturer and subsequently replacement will be done, but to my surprise nothing has been done till date.
I request, please send these complaints to the tv advertisers also. So that they should also know what and why they claim for such products. It seems as if the company is a fraud.

I have ordered the belt after watching TV Ad. ofTeleshoping on[protected] and received it on 16/10/2016 in Jaipur (Raj.) along with invoice no. 44 dated 16/10/2016 of Jain Enterprises. on TV Show the person advertised that the product cost is 2990/- in market it is promotional scheme we provide only in 1590/- and also one belt free.after receiving the belt the product cost only 1590/- is printed on the box and price for this only for two belts.
Within a few hours the belt tore off from the side, even the threads are comes out of the belts. The quality of the belt is very worst/poor. We have tried to complain to the company on their call numbers [protected]/[protected], they simply hung the phone repeatedly and refused to file our complaint. Even the contact numbers provided on the invoice is wrong & also the email ID.
I Have send complaint by Reg. Post to jaipur office and also delhi office which was printed on Invoice and box of product which was supply by your company both address was wrong and there is no office situated on address.
This is a fraud company giving its ads in the TV.
My personal request to all TV company to please stopped air their ads, since by showing their ads you are also doing a crime & playing to the faith as well as money of the people. This will spoil the image of your TV Channel.

Within a few hours the belt tore off from the side, even the threads are comes out of the belts. The quality of the belt is very worst/poor. I have ordered Slim & Sweat belt. At the time of order they told me that it is free size and hence no size specific order to be booked. When i received order it is of XXL size. I am trying to connect to customer care no. but nobody is picking up the Phone. I want replacement of the belt.

We ordered the belt and received it on 10/08/2016 in Panipat. Within one day the belt tore off from the middle. The quality of the belt is pathetic. Moreover when we tried to complain to the company, they simply hung the phone repeatedly and refused to file our complaint. This is a fraud company giving its ads in the TV. It should be stopped from airing their ads.

I bought by phone order within two days the two belts got tore off. It is the worst product.I can't change the product they are not picking the phone.they have cheered us. So please don't buy this company products. We have to put criminal case on them.not responding all are duplicate

I saw the ad film on tv and ordered sweat slim belt on phone which i received on 28/07/2016 through vinayak enterprises, g-41, maharana pratap market, karol baug, new delhi 110005 as per cash memo no. 342 for rs.1900/- of date. The belt started tearing at various places immediately on putting it on belly besides it does not work as claimed in ad.
On lodging complaint on customer care no.[protected], i am told that my complaint will be attended in next seven days but so far nobody has attended to it, now what to do?

I have order a Sweat Slim Belt & i have received it by 13/10/2016 within 10mins of delivery i had booked complain they assure me that within 8-10days my product will be replaced but as 15days passed i again called them to know when my product will be replaced but they didn't received my call & when i try calling them by other no's they receive my call & in 15sec they keep on cutting my call again & again. So, don't order this product & make a mistake like i did..
This is a FRAUD company, They just want money. I will surely tell everyone that NEVER BUY this product.

Yes, same issue ..worst company which i have not faced such a problem before. Calling them..i can say chasing the customer care, but they are disconnecting the call.. Request you all do not order as the product and response is very very bad. The money which we had invested to buy this product might have helped in giving one day food for at least 10-15 poor children
All useless people and services. Only they call for getting order delivery & cash pickup.
This is to inform you that, I have been trying the trying the number[protected] [protected] for refund 7 return of the product since[protected] just after getting the product at my home. same day i found that the size of the product is not matching. nobody asked about the size before dispatching the product. the quality of the product is also not acceptable. I have been suffering to make a call to the costumer care. Anyways after lot of trials I got to talk your agent on[protected] about the return & refund request. He told me that courier person will come to home address on[protected] after 12;00 noon and he will payback the money & take the product back. But after many calls to the above numbers also u people have blocked my numbers . Again I could talk on[protected] regarding the refund, she old that, the complaint is forwarded to Costumer care and they will call back you & process for return & refund. Even They are not providing any mail ID or Number of costumer care. its now 15 days past my received the product and while i called, they have blocked my numbers. Nobody is resolving my issue till now. its totally not possible to call the agents neither they call back to my numbers for return & refund. I am now having no patience. i will file a case in consumer court, if my money is not refunded within 2 day. its too much of your systems now. i will teach you a lesson. i have ordered from TV and I will show your company who I am. You all are big cheaters. simply refund my Amount of Rs. 1690/- (1590+100 Courier charge))at my home address.
