Refund
Address: Jain University Jayanagar, Bangalore, Karnataka
Their student councillor Shradha Agarwal reached out to me on the last day to apply for MBA, inspite of expressing my concerns over not having clarity and since I did not have the mark sheets handy I had dropped the idea of admission. Night around 9pm she called back saying she is secured approvals from management and I can proceed with application by making payment and document submission can be done during the following week.
While I submitted the documents she messaged me that my application is rejected and they will process refund with in 30 days. It’s has been more than 30 days they do not respond to phone calls and messages. I am sure there are many students who have had to go through this situation and per student the minimum fees per semester is 40k.
I would like to highlight that it’s a big scam where University is holding up students/ aspirants money with no certainty.
Can someone please help me with a contact of senior management at the university?

Sponsorship amount refund - Fraud
Address: Superprof, 51 Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, 75010 Paris
Website: www.superprof.co.in
My name is Krishna and I'm the Country Manager at an ed-tech company named Superprof based in Paris, France. We were in touch with JUYF representatives Darshan P Jain ([protected]@cms.ac.in) and Kaushik Parameshwaran ([protected]@cms.ac.in) regarding a refund of the amount 1, 50, 000 INR.
Superprof transferred this amount way back in February 2023 with the intent of collaborating for Jain University Youth Festival which was cancelled due to some political tensions. (Here is what we found online regarding the issue: Police have charged the principal of the Jain deemed-to-be university, the dean, the event organisers, and the student performers under IPC section 153A and the SC and ST (prevention of atrocities) Act, 1989, in response to a complaint filed by the social welfare department.)
Superprof has been in contact with Darshan and Kaushik since March regarding the refund. Apparently, it is August now and the representatives/management has failed to handle the refund.
The whole communication process with Darshan and Kaushik since May has been a nightmare and quite unprofessional. To escalate this concern, we filled out a Grievance Redressal Form on Jain University's website. We are also seeking contact details of the following:
1. Dr. Chenraj Roychand - Chancellor,
2. Dr. N. Sundararajan - Pro Chancellor
3. Dr. Dinesh Nilkant - Director - Center for Management Studies
Superprof has been extremely professional and patient through these months only anticipating the same from Jain University representatives and management. It is a shame that an educational institution like Jain University with such a presence across PAN India is resorting to this kind of financial fraud.
We are anticipating to hearing from the university's management/dean/chancellors or anyone from the higher order to refund the amount of 1, 50, 000 INR to Superprof. If they fail to do so, our legal team will be obligated to lodge a complaint with the police authorities in India and in France.

As I was a student of jain university college decided to change the college after the classes started offline because of my personal problems and also informed the college authority about my cancellation of admission and written the letter and submitted to them and they gave back all my documents too but again they are asking us to make the payment to the college through the Liquiloans as we paid the fees of first two months through EMI method of paying, submitted the letter and mailed to jain university college that to cancel my admission, but its been 3 months since I informed still they are not cancelling my loan they regularly call me and send me the messages about the payment have to be done . so I started ignoring and now they are like they will go through this issue legally and submit this to SCN so I want my loan to be deactivated and I should no more get any of the calls and messages from loans and college regards . I request you to please do me the needful . hoping for your positive replay . Thankyou .

Fraudly mba fees taken
Address: Bengaluru, Karnataka
Website: www.jainuniversity.ac.in
Dear Jain University,
Please note, Krishna Yadav ( applicant ID is JUMBAFUN01291 ) had applied for MBA course admission in your University where he has already paid all the fees amount of 1 year. But later has received a call from your university that the admission is on hold due to some document miss-match. Kindly advise when at the time of admission we provided all the documents and paid the fees then why at that time no query was raised ? And now later, query is rising that documents are not proper. This is not at all acceptable that after taking the fees and enrolling for 1st year, then you all are holding the student to appear further for exams and admissions. Then what basis, you asked for the fees and processed further for admission if documents are not proper ? Please note, this is not at all accepted and we further don’t want to take admission in the Jain University.
Since last 2 months we following up on the call for the refund but not getting any proper response nor any revert. Request you to kindly look into this matter on priority and refund the payment within this week to close this matter.
Kindly find all details for your reference and refund us the amount of the admission fee which we paid for the MBA course in your university.

not having proper water to drink in my hostel.
Address: 45th km, NH -209, Jakkasandra Post, Kanakapura Main Road, Ramanagara District, 562112
I live inside the hostel in jain global campus, and we have no proper water for drinking, the water in the water cooler is directly coming from the water supply, the same water we use for bathing. I had throat infection because of the water. Neither our mess uses ro water like it is supposed to. We all hostel students tried to complain to the warden and still no action was taken. I have no option left but to complain here.
