Hi team,
I taken jaipan food processor from prince home appliance 1.5 months ago. There were 3 demo request sent to jaipan department however no reply from them.
Latest complaint# 1538, appointment was scheduled on saturday 14th april 2018 however no one arrived. One of the most pathetic services from jaipan.
Jaipan is a brand name, please stop hiring people who are doing wrong thing and take action against people who are ignoring things.
I will never ever recommend jaipan to anyone to buy thing and within this week if no one arrives this will go on social media.

I have mailed my complaint regarding jaipan hand blender needs repair, which is within warranty period but i have not received any feedback on my mail. I tried calling during office hours 10 to 5 pm on phone no.[protected] but no body picked call, finally somebody picked call at 6.21 p. M and aaj band jhale udhya call kara, she was not heard any thing and cut call.

I sold jaipan autoclean Sophiya chimney from J.N Solution, franchises o[censored]ltrapure Technology & Appliance India Ltd, Balasore, Odisha on dt.29.07.2018.But it is not functioning properly. Chimney motor is not funtioning.I complaint several time but not get proper service.

Purchase geyser from khosla electronics (10/4 bt road-belghoria), now geyser tank was leaked and jaipan service person came to visit and told that geyser need to sent at khosla from where it has been purchased and khosla person says it need to be taken care by jaipan person only.
Now its already 7 days over and nothing has been taken care...
What should i do..

Asking for extra charges while my item is still in warranty period

I brought an induction cooker of jaipan from Kalpana trading(a local electronics shop in dankuni) in November 2015. in January 2016 it stops working. i handed over to the distributor for repairing as it is still in warranty period. he gave me a slip for receiving the item and assures me that he will return it to me within 10 days. i called him after 15 days of submission of the item to him, he replied
1. some extra charges i have to spare and he will give me another model.
2. the product isn't manufactured anymore so not available.
3. couldn't repair the item.
if is it so, i asked him to return my money as it is in warranty period, he denied me on my face, that he will not return the money but he will replace it, just that i have to spare some more money.

Mixer grinder 750 watts

Gas leakaging from 3 burner cook gas since purchased. .I have been complaining since purchased but not any action taken by your side..please provide me new cook gas by replacing old one.there is very risky problem due to gas leakage..your mechanic was come 6 7 times bt he was unable to solve leakage problem.so pls look into this matter

I Had requested for demo for roti maker but no reply from your end. its been more then three weeks. Kindly sen your technician for demo of roti maker as soon as possible .Awaiting for your reply.
The mixer suddenly stopped working one day.Called Jaipan custore care.They are the least bothered guys about their customers.First no one came.So called twice more and again complained.still after one weekter week no one has come to check.Very pathetic.

I hv contacted jaipan for amc of kent water purifier model "pearl" on[protected] with some mr. Amit das representative of jaipan. But since then only iron guard has been changed within 2 services but membrane candle has not been changed in spite of repeated requested over phone to the executives resulted assurrance were given by them time to time to be done in next week. Even they are reluctant to receive my phone call. It is needless to mention that i hv requested them to replace the said candle which has expired 12 months period (As per company"s mannual) and for which i m badly suffering from abdominal diseases (Amibiotic). If it is not possible for them to change the same for their inadequate infrustructure, question of refund arises automatically (Rs. 3500 / - is not only for the cleaning of all accessories, it is presumed) it is expected from the jaipan authority to inform the customer like me (For the sake of courtesy, who have taken so may appliances from them) that they are unable to do so, so that i can proceed for further step. They are not authorised to take such action but they helped me to contact over phone no. [protected] which was fake no. And lastly i contacted to ms. Lipika and told everything... She suggestged to call [protected].
But alas! That was ringing and converted to... Only ppppppp sound was heard.In spite of everything i made a call to previous no. One gentle lady was there replied that she is nothing to do with this as she is helpless in this matter.And also told me to take action whatever i can.
If no result is made within 15 days of this e - mail... Efforts will be made to publish the fact to common people as a result of which i can save the people from purchasing the product of jaipan.

Non refund of my money ,order no-1168966
Order no 1168966, It has been more than 4 months and i have not recieved my refund from jaipan. Total amount 1875 Rs. Order was made for jumbo roti maker which they did not deliver. Helpful

Jaipan JP_RM 1000-Watt Jumbo Roti Maker
from Amazon.in and is in warranty.
The item is giving shocks and the temperature control is not working. The leaflet says it has automatic temperature control. Please let us know if you can replace the device or repair it.

Faulty Product

We had bought a mixer grinder 750 watt in January 2014 from a local shop located in Chembur. After 4-5 months we had visited the same shop for buying another product of Jaipan. At that time, one of the customers in their shop was planning to buy a Jaipan mixer grinder, but the shop owner said them, "don’t buy this product of Jaipan. It does not meet up the specification as described. In the sense, if the mixer is of 750 watt showing in bill or specification of the product, it will be only 550 watt, they are trying to fool the customers" he said.
And now it’s six months the mixer grinder which we had bought from this shop has completely shut down (after 6 months) which is still under warranty. I had registered my complaint with a complaint no 2609, they were supposed to visit my house to check the appliance, but still there is no response from their side.
The question that arises that “Are they really trying to fool their customers by giving false details about the product? “ I will personally check the watt of motor from a mechanic. If it’s less than 750 watt, will I get my product replaced with 750 watt mixer ??? i will wait for 4-5 days in the hope that jaipan will response to my complaint. Waiting for a positive response.

Poor service under warranty products

I purchased a Jaipan sogo Hand blender in june 2013 with one year warranty.It was not working properly.I placed an complain in january 2014, Mr buddhiram look after my complain, I always call them they said the spare part was not dispatched from mumbai .Their Head steve jones also said the same thing Its being 3 months my problem is not solved.

I had ordered a Induction cooker on date[protected] through Jaipan online site and not received the material
after many reminder they send me refund through a cheque on 28.04.2012 but this cheque was returned by bank due to sign mismatch so I send this cheque to Jaipan mumbai office and requested for Refund but still not refunded

malfunction

I have purchased one induction cooker in June 11.From the month of July onward it has been getting faulty.Which has been repaired by jaipan industries Technic on their site.Again it has been getting faulty on August and thereafter by routine it has been out of order every month till November.Self carry the said machine to dealer in every month and it has been detained by dealer +company warehouse about 20 days every time.
By the way I have use the machine about 20 days till I have purchased from June 11 till date.
Unfortunately I have been advised by the owner of "National Variety Store" of shayambazar,Calcutta to purchase the item as because it is most sophisticated by look and ultra modern by Technic.By the time when i am writing the subject the induction cooker(feather touch) has been lying with dealer jaipan authority.
By the way I have use the machine about 20 days till I have purchased from June 11 till date.

I ordered an JAIPAN INDUCTION COOKER (MODEL . JIC 8006) and JAIPAN PORTABLE BLENDER through
jaipan online and Order No: 46659 on 27-Jul-2011 . Till date they hav't delivered the
products even after many calls to customer care,
I am requesting them to send that items soon or return back the mony

Jaipan — overcharging and defective products
I ordered 80 gift sets for Diwali from Jaipan which were supposed to be of MRP 1350 but after much trouble and running around to pick the products personally much after Diwali, I realised they had sent products of MRP 1220. Those amongst the staff who had opened the gifts, said the handles etc just came off on first use. I opened one to see for myself and had the handle in my hand after frying an egg!. I took back the gift packs(from my staff etc) that had not been opened and contacted Jaipan. After many conversations, they agreed to replace the products. But that was just an empty promise. They did not act on their promise and have stopped responding. Please help.Jaipan — Mixer grinder
I had purchased a mixer grinder from Dadar W on 19/1/13 with a two year warranty but within a couple of months the rubber gasket has expanded Now the jar handle has come apart. Quality is very bad. Please get the same repaired/replaced at the earliest. Mobile No. [protected] Helpful
