I have bought one outfit from theheavenvilla.com site. But the product was not as shown in picture and quality is worst. I have called to seller and also contact to their customer service to initiate the return request but they blocked the number instead. I have ordered a dress from Outfit (instagram Account link
https://www.instagram.com/indianweddingoutfits/) (Trade Name as per Invoice- JAISHREE E-COMMERCE 5). The product which was delivered was totally different in colour and design & cheap in quality. After delivery of such a low quality product, i enquired them about the procedure to return/replace the product to which they replied that they will replace the product post diwali. So i was waiting to their response post-diwali. Now when im trying to send messages for replacement or return the product, they are not responding the my messages and the number that they provided is continuously showing as busy whenever dialed. Attaching herewith the screenshots of all the events happened as a legal proof. I request higher authority to please look into the matter and take appropriate action against such a illegal trading concern who are trying to loot the public in general.

Product delivered is not proper. The size and the material of th dress I have ordered . The customer service is also not good, we are trying to contact by messages, calls but not getting any reply this behaviour is very bad towards customer .Please pay attention on our complain and resolve this as soon as possible.

I have purchased an lehenga from their instagram account, before placing order they were replying well and promised for good quality and replacement. I received my parcel yesterday, I didnt like the product. Material was not good some of the mirrior work was missing. i requested them for the replacemnt i didnt ask them for refund. I informed that instead of that i will put another order. My msgs was kept unreplied they didnt answer the call as well another number keep showing as busy. I dropped many messages to them but all kept unreplied. Do not buy anything from here, they are just fooling people, Worst service. I will report their instagram account and will ask my contacts to do the same. I am not a person like this but they made me to do so. I will try every possible way to ban their instagram account. I am an Digital Marketer and i will do every possible way so that they can not play like this with someone else. DO NOT BUY ANYHTHING FROM HERE
