I am a Senior Citizen and a retired Government of India official.
I am buying medicines regularly from Jan Aushadi.

On 13th September 2024, my wife went to Jan Aushadi in Kollam City (at Polayathodu) of Kerala state. The staff abused her and asked whether she is aware that the medical shop is of Jan Aushadi ( intention to turn her away from buying it from Jan Aushadi) She came back without buying...

The Jan aushadhi shop at panchshil pratishtha is doing Mal practises in the starting this shop had many medicines of Jan aushadhi but now today when I went to purchase some Jan aushadhi medicines they are giving me different aushadhi which is not the gen aushadhi of Pradhan mantri Yojana on asking they are telling that this is the better medicine and this will help you more and they were not keeping the pradhanmantri Jan aushadhi for the regular customers probably this is because of high margin they are getting from different aushadhi

I'm sorry to inform you that we never get medicines from the janaushad outlet located in Attpur, Hyderabad -500048 opposite Delhi Public School. I'm not sure why it's being spread that there are janaushad outlets where we can get medicines on the lower coast. Please do not give the public the impression that you provide good services. please...

The staff of beltola, Guwahati Jan aushadhi Kendra are quite lazy, always ready to say no to products/medicines, unaccomodative and very often I have found this store remaining closed..on Sundays, Saturdays..it's visible that they are working on their own whims and fancies..Hoping that the central authority will take notice and solve this issue which is very essential to fulfill the aspiration of our PM Sir of get Proper aarogya at affordable rates for poor and middle class Indians..

Jan Aushadi shop at Rammurthy Nagar, Bangalore 560016 not issuing receipts for medicine purchases. Each time the price is different in the same shop as well as other Jan Aushadi shops. Price is not consistent everywhere. Please look into this matter and instruct them strictly to issue the receipts.

The generic drug of this branded medicine is cheap by 60 percent but it is not being sold in Jan Aushadhi shop in Natesan road, opp to icehouse police station, Chennai inspite of several requests made by public. This is a very important mental health related medicine and is in high demand.
Generic name is Dosulepin.
Please do the needful.

Shop begur branch, viswapriya layout Bangalore is selling Vitamin c capsule for 75rupess as in Jayanagar bench they gave for 35rupees same tablet. When asked for receipt they are not giving. Laso checked the same tablet price in chennai rate was also 35 shouldn, t the price be same nation wide

Janaushadi shop at ramachandrapuram, -533255in govt. hospital in East Godavari district, Andhra Pradesh, selling janaushadi medicines at higher prices without issueing cash receipts

State kerala, district alappuzha, kayamkulam city, moonakutty ...shop situated location moonakuty...the sellers in that shop behave rude to the customers...they told they didn't get any benefit to this shop...so they don't provide any wrapper for covering products...I bought sanitary napkin..they said i[censored] want that product u should bring cover.. and they shouted..they can't provide that..they behave to the customer like a beggers...

I and my mother have been visiting the nearest Jan aushidhi store since last one month they are just giving excuses day after day .
My father is partially paralysed and had a brain haemorrhage, his medicine goes more than 10, 000 a month. We are also facing financial problems due to loss of business kindly look into this and respond soon

Diabetic medicine glimp m2 which cost 15rs in all other generic stores in vasai region, but this particular store is charging 20rs, 5rs more then other stores

He is selling others companies generic products .like Cipla.nukind.austro labs.intas.etc on your Jan aushadhi outlet,

The behaviour of all the staff working in jan aushadhi is arrogant

And even this medical sell all siddha medicines in without knowledge of generic medicines
And they always closed their shop

I am from ongole, andhra pradesh, pin: 523002. We are having "pradhan mantri bhartiya janaushadhi pariyojana" generic medical store at vip road in ongole.
The owner is not opening shop since 10days and not responding to calls even. The nearby people claiming that shop owner is selling the medicine in black market which is to be sold to people.
Please take a quick action against store owner, and help the people.

Sir shop person behavior is very rash.i just asked for diclofenac ointment..he asked like " who are you ? Which city? What are doing? I answered all the questions and said am govt employee..and then he again questioned very rashly why are you asking only diclofenac rather than other medicines and I don't give any medicine and go out from my shop".. actually I didn't expect this kind of rash behavior.. always patient ask for medicine to cure their problem.why patients ask unnecessary medicine?? I don't why Jan aushadi persons behaves this much of rowdism..they are simply quarreling with patients.

The two women workers there actually, insulted us in front of other people (There weren't any other customers but some autorickshaw drivers). What really happened was that... I've bought medicines for rs 1569 (Bill. No: 4449), but because of money shortage (About 125), i kindly asked them to remove one medicine and give the others. But because of their bad attitude they got angry at me, blaming me that they are burdened of printing another bill because of me. One thing i actually noticed was that they were busy on their mobile phones. Because of the above reason ☝,
They said really bad things about me and insulted me.
In the end others meddled and the bill was printed for rs 1444...,

So to avoid such bad experiences for general people like me, please take necessary actions. I kindly request you

I bought 180 tabs vit b12 from generic store.. They refused to me provide proper gst bill.. After one month i further came to this store to returned back 90 tabs.. They refused to refund my money and he ask me that show gst bill but he does not give gst bill to anyone.. Please sir take appropriate action against this generic store.. And i am a mbbs student

Sir, i am 75 years old and residing in bhavani, erode dt, tamilnadu,. My wife is 68 years old. She is taking daily the following medicines-pregabalin methylcobanamine, atoryastatin calcium and ramapril for her illness. There are 2 janaushadhi (In the name of viruchiga) owned by a single owner, located one at bhavani and other at kalingarayanpalayam near bhavani. Whenever we go for purchasing the above said medicines, the shop people every times say no stock or no supply. I am very poor and unable to go for the private medicines which very high costs. So, i request you sir, kindly help me to get the above said medicines at the earliest. Thank you.

Owner pH no velu [protected], I have asked for bill, bill was written by cash memo without address, . Then I asked for GST bill but the owner is telling there no GST no as of date. I am from lakkidi kootupatha kerala near ottapalam. I have a complaint against the jan aushadhi medical store in our locality in lakkidi kootupatha mangalam post office lakkidi palakkad district. Whenever we go to that medical store and buy medicines the man sitting there never provide the proper bill. He always give a local handwritten bill and when we ask for the bill he always said that the printer is not working or the computer. Please take action sir. My name is himansu sekhar satapathy and i am a lawyer by profession at cuttack, odisha and also a regular user of jan aushadhi medicines. I have purchased diclofenac diethylamine, virgin linseed oil, methyl salicylate & menthol gel 20 mg bearing batch no. Dsg - 02, mfg. Date - 01/2017, exp. Date - 12/2018, bppi drug code no 847 two days back from jan aushadhi store at sector - 9, cda, cuttack. After squeezing the tube of more than half, the medicine came out. It appears the the exact quantity of 20mg is not there. I do not have exact instrument to measure, but the medicine can not be 20 mg. The authority may kindly look into the matter

Respected sir/madam,
Medicines provided by the store-'jan aushadhi medical store' are inappropriate. Cost of medicine is different when purchased without bill. The owner of the store provide different rates to different customers. A tablet namely cilnep-t when i first purchased it was of rs.40. Then second time it was of rs.30 and thirdly they sold me the same tablrt at rs.50. This is againstthe law of consumer protection act.
Kindly, take a strict action against this.

Sir, i am from cuttack, cda, and there are 2 janausadhi stores at our area, but when we are asking them for any common medicine according to list provided at website, they are saying that distributor is not supplying these medicines, u take branded medicine, after complaining to bppi, we are not getting satisfied answer, ms geetanjali tyagi saying that we have supplied medicines you collect from store but after going to store we r getting same answer, so please take action.

I am from Kochi Kerala. The staff Kochi Kaloor branch missbihaving with people. No usefull medicines there. The branch working at kaloor is near by SEVANA MEDICAL STORE, the people working at Jan aushadhi taking money from SEVANA medicals and giving artificial crisis of medicines. Also the Palarivattom branch doing same thing. No usefull medicines available there. Staffs neither giving medicines. So what's the use of this store? Common people not getting any use.

The shop of janoushadi in kaloor penta tower agency imposing unauthorised charges and one tamil fellow sitting as manager misbehaving to public. I asked the price of pankajakasthuri orthoherb tab price, it was said rs 235.in earlier they were changing 204 rs.in sevana they are changing - rs. 209. Other medicine also jan aushadhi kaloor agency charging more without bill. Please give me reply

My name is sandeep katariya and i am regular customer of janaushadhi. Last time i was face a problem, one of why are you change the all of time packing and tablet also and why are you make big size table change colour also pevious is dark brown new is white where as previous same medicine is so small tablet name-rosuvastain other table is not available every time in your store, table name-asprin+clopidogrel
But my main complaint is medicine 'pantoprazole 40mg tablet
Complaint is that previous pantoprazole tablet colour is white this time colour is orange... This is not a complaint of colour i only describe you, what is the problem 'this medicine is not effective and also increse your 'blood pressure'. We take this medicine with particular prescribe the 'cardic doctor'
This medicine not effictive clean your gas and ext, this medicine helps to increase your blood pressure and other things
'two peisent took this medicine 10 days regularly
One person age is 42 year male
2nd person is age 70 year female
Other same kind of tablet take paitent then they feel good
I have all medicine and batch no. And mfd. And exp. Date also with strips
I inform you that i will take any action of your 'janaushadi' (Testing labs)
