Having Jan Sewa Kendra at various places is very helpful provided their functioning is ethical and charges are reasonable to the services provided to a customer, as these units are established to serve people and avoid corruption to some extent. Here I would narrate my unbelievable story of a Jan Seva Kendra.

Today I visited one of the Kendras in Calicut District (Kerala) - Mankave PO for paying the building tax for the year 2024/25. As I was not sure of the formalities, they said that the property needs to be linked with Aadhar first and then only you can pay the tax. I said to go ahead and they just took 10 minutes to complete the formality. As it was taking time to get it approved for paying the tax, I said I shall come later and asked what is their charge for linking the property. Surprisingly he said Rs.80 as it had to do through K Smart and it is a difficult process. Then I said this is unfair that you are charging me so much for a simple job as I could have done this for no payment but did not know that I had to do this procedure to pay my tax. Then he said OK pay us Rs.50/-. What I am saying here is that if somebody is totally ignorant and illiterate they charge that person without any mercy and it cannot be allowed that these people are allowed to do injustice like this because of government new rules.

I went today for an update in my an aadhar card update changing of date of birth . i provided my document such as Indian identification card and my pan card after checking my documents that person asked me money i gave him rs 200 and he deny to give me the change for, and he provided me a receipts which states that rs 50 after i asking change he started arguing with me moreover start cursing me. he threat me to the death even if file any complain against him. i am going to provided the receipt as the evidence

I'm work in bazar india near betiyahata chock Gorakhpur they never provide salary in time there month start from Date 21 to Date-20 but they provide salary after 16 day or 18 days we r very sad due to we can't pay rent on time n we don't have extra money for purchase goods.
Soo look into the metter and resolve it A soon As Possible

I am residing at Kalindi Apartments, Jaymala Char Rasta, Isanpur Road, Ahmedabad. Looking to postal address, it is in Ghodasar, Sometime we are sent to Isanpur and today asked me to go to Sarangpur Jan seva kendra.

OUR PM MODI SIR INSISTS FOR SPECIAL FACILITIES TO SENIOR CITIZENS BUT ACTUALLY, WE ARE HARASSED AT ALL GOVT OFFICES. My Today's experience :

Details : I am 62 years old. My others friends advised me to get Senior Citizen Card. So I visited Isanpur Char Rasta Jan Deva Kendra with all necessary documents and fees. They told me that your area is not covered under their territory (Few days back from that table told that your address falls under their territory). They advised me to go to Khokhra Jan Seva Kendra. I honestly visited Khokhra Jan Seva Kendra. Here after checking, they told that TP is not under our area. So you must go to Sarangpur Jan Seva Kendra.

I humbly request Govt not to give/declare special facilities to senior citizens if you are not capable to handle all these.

Considering my above address, please help me in which Jan Seva Kendra, I will have to go to complete my work.

I have applied for udyami registration at Jan seva Kendra. They have charged Rs.200.00 for filling the application. I think it is too much for filling an application. Is there any price list for Jan Seva Kendra for providing services?

My name is shilpee agarwal. I worked at school father son public school located at chandpur district bijnor(246725).

Our cordinator Mini and Ujjawala ragular pressure for work any time online and offline classes after worked at school.
They regular threat if you're not work after school so we'll fire you and about the salary, nobody told us about the salary why paying half otherwise we will fire.
On 15th August some teachers went to principal complaint so today morning 2 teachers fired me and Mrs Renu.

Pls note down my complaint with all act so that we will get justice and full salary till now as well.

I'm in bhangala suvidh kender. Yesterday they tell us we distribute tokens about less then 50 persons at 8AM. They said If you want to complete you pending work come here tomorrow at 8AM. Today we were come here at 7:50AM the suvida kender is not open. Now time is 8:32AM but the suvida kender's Employees do not opening suvida kender. We are in deepest problem please help us sir.

Charged Rs.500 for updating adhar card phone number at jan seva kendra kasna fautam buddh nagar, UP

I went there for the printouts of few PDFs, I shared via whatsapp as they created in phone . He didn't asked anything regarding the pdf, just printed them even I said him to let me check the printouts. Unfortunately all the printouts were completely black and obviously useless. Still I discussed with him, but he was not ready to listen the things and finally I had to pay 50 rupees for just 10 useless printouts.
He don't have manners, how to talk.

Recently i updated my mothers Aadhaar card address from Jaan Seva Kendra and they charged me 400 rupees for updating address and mobile number. When i asked for receipt they told me that we are receipts we are always here why you want receipt and didn't even gave me receipt.

This is related to aadhar print out and lamination without customer knowledge.

Today I have went there for updation of my mobile no with my Aadhar. But after updation the man there demanded for RS. 150/- instead of RS. 50/- and behaved rudely.

I will go for get property certificate with get click picture so i will ask one jaan seva kendra person but the will not answer anything. So please follow this complain agains jaan seva kendra person how will not answerble.

Victim bala devi who has been living in village raee tahsil muzaffarnagar, block sadar, went nearby jan seva kendra owned by umag verma few month ago to get registration for widow pension scheme. He said 1000 rs would be charged for this registration. Bala devi paid him 1000 rs for registration.15 days after registration umag verma said bala devi that your application for this pension has been cancelled due to invalid reason like she applied earlier for this pension year ago. Later he demanded more 600 rs for new application for pension scheme but bala devi denied him giving more money. Finally he has refund 1000 rs to bala devi when bala devi video in which she claim that he is frauder got viarl. There fore i requested you to take action against such frauder who has been earning money in allegal way

उत्तर प्रदेश सरकार और भारत सरकार पता नहीं किस हिसाब से कहती है कि हमारे राज्य उत्तर प्रदेश में बिजली की सुविधा हर जगह है। अरे आप घरों की बात छोड़िए जब आप अपने प्राथमिक विद्यालयों में उचित बिजली की सुविधा नहीं दे पा रहे है तो आप क्या बदलाव लाएंगे और बात करते है कि उत्तर प्रदेश में बहुत सुधार आया है। एक से एक गंवार नेता और मंत्री वहां एसी में बैठकर पूरा सत्ता का भोग लेते है और यहां पर जो अध्यापक और अध्यापिका बिना बिजली के पढ़ा रहे है उनका क्या। इतनी व्यापक गर्मी में आपका कोई भी मंत्री या नेता काम करले तो फिर क्या बात वो नेता तो सारे न्यूज चैनल का सुपरस्टार ही हो जाता है कि फला नेता ने इतनी भरी गर्मी में जनता के लिए काम किया है एक बार इतनी भरी गर्मी में 45 डिग्री में काम करो और बच्चों को पढ़ा के देखो ना आपकी ऐसी की तैसी हो जाए तब बात करिएगा। कम से कम सपा सरकार में 24 घंटा बिजली तो आती थी। मै कानपुर नगर का निवासी हूं और हाल ये है कि इतने दिन से घर में है और जैसे रोज का नियम है कि दोपहर बिजली आना मना है। आप लोग से निवेदन है कि कृपया बिजली का उपयोग सही जगह किया जाए जैसे कि प्राथमिक विद्यालयों और प्राथमिक स्वास्थ केंद्र जैसी जगहों पर ना कि किसी नेता या मंत्री जी के फार्म हाउस
में जो कि दूर कहीं पहाड़ और वादियों में बसा हो।

I am resident of Abdullahpur Mori, Hapur
When I visited Jan Seva Kendr Abdullahpur Mori, I enquired about documents required for birth certificate and fees. He told me that the fee is ₹250. When I checked the fees on internet the fees was only ₹10.

I want a strict action against him for demanding more money from villagers.
Villagers do not pay attention because they are not aware of the actial fee.

Yesterday I went to my nearest Jan sewa Kendra To get my Domicile and Caste Certificate Prepared, but I checked online for the required fee to get that certificate was free of cost, but still they charged me 250rs for each certificate, and when I asked them why are they doing so they said that it was their service charge.

सर मै आज अपनी माता जी को दिखाने निजी हॉस्पिटल आया ।डॉक्टर को दिखाने का परचा 500 का था।जब उस पर्चे का बिल मागा ज्ञा तब बोला ज्ञा ये परचा ही बिल है ।उस पर ना तो gst डिटेल थी ना कुछ और।और बो परचा भी जमा कर लिया ज्ञा ।जब मेने बिल क लिए बोला तो बोला ज्ञा।हॉस्पिटल मे gst नही लगती।
अगर हॉस्पिटल मे gst नही लगती तो कोई बात नहीं ।और हमार बिल लेने का भी अधिकर नही है तो कोई बात नही ।

Charging rs.150 for the updation of information in adhaar card. This is illegal and making the person fool. Legal fees is rs. 25 for any updation in adhaar card.

Even is not literate the peoples about the online facilities of adhaar card information updation. He is making the person fool.

It is not easy for every person to pay rs 150 for any information updation.
Prime minister is focusing on digitization, and the government services are not easy to use for general person or not supported by such kind of vendors.

Please look into this. This is very painful and disgraceful.

Why is that and what can we do against this. How can we trust the jan sewa kendra and what are the actual prices for these certificates where to find that and what are options to apply self in kachehri allahabad what is the procedure and what kind of action can be taken against these sewa kendras
