Janvi creation published on facebook. If anyone submitting order it takes successful payment after that nothing happening. Email id on site is wrong. So we cannot contact. I placed order 2 week back but no update. I saw payment made to DK traders Surat...

I had booked a Bella Bella luxury sweater for my friend on 17th January 2021 but till now no confirmation msg came no email came for delivery or shipment status. This janvi creation is a completely planned fraud company. Don't purchase any product from Janvi Creation. Kindly return my money back....

The payment gets successful to d k traders but then no mail confirmation, no call.

There is no customer care num, only 1 gmail id to which no responds come back ever...

Order placed on 19th January 2021. Payment done successfully on DK trader amount 606 Rs. Still no sms, no tracking no customer care number . No confirmation of product....

I have ordered baby dress for my kid after looking at the ad in facebook. I have not received any message about the order and also the product not delivered so far.

They are completely cheat and it should be blocked to avoid any one else losing the money....

I ordered baby kids wear from Janvi Creation and payment was successful to DK Traders however no confirmation email is received from them and though mail was sent no any reply received. This site/link is totally fraud. I request to take action against them....

I did order on 10th January, on the same day i got confirmation message, but till now order is not shipped.
Link showing same message that they will notify when product will be ready.
Emailed once but no response.
Money is already paid and this site doesn't have cash on delivery option, no contact number.
Is this site fraud or what?...

Received below mail when i ordered product, but after seeing reviews it is just fake website and money also got deducted. Why facebook suggest such websites to us

Now after ecraft sollutions frauds. I am Getting So much Calls From customers from indiamart that they order on Janvi creation something and Payment done to d.k traders. As my company Name is D.K. Traders on Google and Indiamart. As We have shop in sadar bazaar of WHolesale novelty items And electronics and we do not have any Online retail paltform or any Payment gateway . But don't know who is Doing this Fraud in the name of D.K traders...
