Janvi creation published on facebook. If anyone submitting order it takes successful payment after that nothing happening. Email id on site is wrong. So we cannot contact. I placed order 2 week back but no update. I saw payment made to DK traders Surat

I have ordered baby dress for my kid after looking at the ad in facebook. I have not received any message about the order and also the product not delivered so far.
They are completely cheat and it should be blocked to avoid any one else losing the money.

Money deducted but order not received
Kindly take action against this fake site they debited money but order never get dispatched .I asked them where is my order they said it automatically get cancelled and u have to give your card details your CVV for getting money back

Now after ecraft sollutions frauds. I am Getting So much Calls From customers from indiamart that they order on Janvi creation something and Payment done to d.k traders. As my company Name is D.K. Traders on Google and Indiamart. As We have shop in sadar bazaar of WHolesale novelty items And electronics and we do not have any Online retail paltform or any Payment gateway . But don't know who is Doing this Fraud in the name of D.K traders...
