Not received filled gas cylinder as I have booked online from 23 August 2024 and whenever l called to delivery person who delivered gas cylinder in our area he was telling from 4 to 5 days that will deliver your cylinder tomorrow but tomorrow never came. Even not a single person from the said agency has taken initiative after receiving payment.. pathetic and bad service really. [protected] payment already did it...

Weighing of Refill Bottle

Today (Dt.-04/07/2022), we have booked Refill Bottle thru IVRS at 09.45 am. And the Delivery-man came for delivery at 2.00 pm from Jay Jyoti Gas Agency, Vejalpur, Ahmedabad. We have asked for weighing but Delivery-man refused because not having Weighing Scale with him. So, we did not accept the Bottle. We are often facing such issue with Delivery-man from Jay Jyoti Gas Agency.
You are requested to provide Refill Bottle with proper weight and safety check on every delivery.

Jay Jyoti Gas Agency is situated at Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Company is cheater and doing Fraud with costumers. They change contact number very soon and didn't deliver the cylinder. Now from 4 years i am not taking the LPG cylinder but i am receiving the message of delivery of cylinder at my home. That is totally fraud. This means they are selling my cylinder in black market.
I have done complaint many times but no solution.

it is very tough to book gas cylinder, phone always engaged, delivery person behaves very rudely and not delevering cylinder even afrer 25 days of booking. no compaint system. very poor system and always create condition so that one has to pay extra, still there are days we have to spend without cooking gas.harrassment.

I think they people selling cyclinder anywhrer in black.and we people facing lot of problems here. plz. do needful for the same as early as possible.

I BOOKED MY CYLINDER FOR LAST 15DAYS BUT NOT DELIVER TO ME.WHAN I CALL TO THE OFFICE NO ONE RECEIVE MY PHONE CALL.KINDLY DO FAST OTHERWISE I COMPLAIN TO HIGHER CENTER. THANK U.COSTOMER NO.28985 It is extremely difficult to book the gas cylinder.. The phone is always engaged and there is no complaint system.. when you complain to the staff, they say that these are the only contact numbers they have.. and the phone is always busy..it is an extremely time consuming & painful process of booking a gas cylinder..Something needs to be done at the earliest

very pathetic service provider on the phone they talking with customer very rudely and not listen our complain properly and hang up the call after 1 month never deliver cylinder at home
Its really very poor service of jay jyoti gas agency. We are not getting Cylinder even after 20-25 days of booking.
