I purchased this headphones from dilsukhnagar big c showroom and with in 3 month from purchase date the headphone stoped working i had purchased it at a premium price of 3500/- which was available for 1500/- over online.

Even after paying such amount having trust on the product the. It failed to sustain for not even 1 year.

I tried claiming the warranty but the big c had refused to give warranty please assist.br...

I dont like this product this is a difective item
no sound acking also very dengerious condition
not useble iter
i need my refund only
