I am also facing similar issue... Not sure why Urban company gave JBR as service provider.

They took the machine and said within two days they will return but today ist 6th day and I have still not recieved the machine... If I call JBR he says I have sent and you will recieve today... Daily he is sI am also facing similar issue... Not sure why Urban company gave JBR as service provider.

When I called urban company...

I had repaired my washing machine 3/4 months back from JBR washing machine care, halasuru, bengaluru, karnataka-08.

One person named Hari had come and taken 2700 for fixing the spin problem of my Godrej washing machie, The problem is not fixed and now he is not picking up the phone.

Please help me here....

I have a wirlpool top load fully automatic machine which was showing error 551 for which i received a call from this company and they came to pick my washing machine on 24/12/2018 and they said some part needs to be repaired. They returned my machine on 27/12/2018 and charged me rs 3800 for the part replacement and gave me a warranty for the same problem for 1 year. After few days i started getting the same error and i contacted the company...
