Charged more than the bill amount

I have been paying my electricity bills online from www.jbvnl.co.in since last one year and I have recently realised that I have not been provided the discount of paying through digital mode before the due date.
I paid the Dec Bill on 13th Jan'23 and I was charged Rs. 533 while the bill clearly states that if I pay through digital mode before the due date (29.01.2024) I should be paying only Rs. 510.29.

I am absolutely disappointed by this discrepancy realising that I have never received any discount till date which I am eligible for as I pay through digital mode.

New connection amount was deducted but not received at JBVNL end

I paid electricity bill online via jbvnl portal. The amount got deducted from the bank but it is not being reflected on the portal. Either return the money or show it on the portal

The amount has been deducted from my account but failed to generate confirmation receipt. The amount has not been deposited to jbvnl account, nor it has been return back to my bank account. electricity bill payment (sbi net banking)
I paid rs. 1834 to jbvnl by sbi net banking, through jbvnl ezy app.
The payment ref is [protected]igaimvbjz3 dt 23.4.2020. Screenshot attached.
However, no receipt was generated.
The bank statement shows debit of the said amount "to transfer inb jharkhand bijli vitran ni tech_jhbvnl payments".
I shall be grateful if you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Electric supply of my residence at krishnanagar 01, mihijam jamtara jharkhand area is very poor and frequently flactuate voltage resulting fans are moving very slowly and we are facing a great problem during the summer days and nights. Most of the nights are passing sleepless night.

huge electricity bills

We stay in Vastu Vihar KolaKusuma, Dhanbad. My consumer number is VVD07406 in the name of Krishna Banerjee. For the last three/four months we are getting electricity bills of huge amount even after a 10 - 12 hr. powercut everyday. Even after complaining in the office there is no action taken, and we are forced to pay the huge bills. No one in the office cares to listen neither online complain can be submitted in the JBVNL website.

Epson L361 does not work and does not any printing, zerox, scanner. After last night my printer when start power botton then head start move and noise one time. After then power botton, paper jam, and other light star blinking same time .but print does not print. I does not understand what happened so please attend and resolve my printer problem
