I have been paying my electricity bills online from www.jbvnl.co.in since last one year and I have recently realised that I have not been provided the discount of paying through digital mode before the due date.

I paid the Dec Bill on 13th Jan'23 and I was charged Rs. 533 while the bill clearly states that if I pay through digital mode before the due date (29.01.2024) I should be paying only Rs. 510.29.

I am absolutely disappointed by this discrepancy realising that I have never received any discount till date which I am eligible for as I pay through digital mode.

Received current month bill Rs 14040/- although used just 196 units.

Please help

Disconnected electricity and fined an amount of 28, 000. We don’t have any electricity dues we asked him about the electricity fine justification they are not ready to discuss about anything.

For the new electricity connection from JBVNL, I have applied online and paid an amount of 3610/- the amount was deducted from my account but was not received from JBVNL end. The website still shows that payment is pending.

I paid electricity bill online via jbvnl portal. The amount got deducted from the bank but it is not being reflected on the portal. Either return the money or show it on the portal

I have paid jbvnl electricity bill of rs. 2218 for the month through upi payment mode (Paytm) of jbvnl website on 27.08.2020. The amount has been deducted from my account but failed to generate confirmation receipt. The amount has not been deposited to jbvnl account, nor it has been return back to my bank account. My consumer no. Gdds002953 address - godda. The transaction id generated by paytm is upi id[protected]. I, therefore, request you kindly make the payment successful or return back the amount to my bank account as early as possible.

I have paid monthly rental charge of electricity by UPI and the transaction was successfully approved by BHIM upi but in jbvnl website it is not showing the completion of payment. Due amount is still showing.

I paid rs. 1834 to jbvnl by sbi net banking, through jbvnl ezy app.
The payment ref is [protected]igaimvbjz3 dt 23.4.2020. Screenshot attached.
However, no receipt was generated.
The bank statement shows debit of the said amount "to transfer inb jharkhand bijli vitran ni tech_jhbvnl payments".
I shall be grateful if you resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Electric supply of my residence at krishnanagar 01, mihijam jamtara jharkhand area is very poor and frequently flactuate voltage resulting fans are moving very slowly and we are facing a great problem during the summer days and nights. Most of the nights are passing sleepless night.
Nobody is giving attention to to resolve the problem.

We stay in Vastu Vihar KolaKusuma, Dhanbad. My consumer number is VVD07406 in the name of Krishna Banerjee. For the last three/four months we are getting electricity bills of huge amount even after a 10 - 12 hr. powercut everyday. Even after complaining in the office there is no action taken, and we are forced to pay the huge bills. No one in the office cares to listen neither online complain can be submitted in the JBVNL website.
