I have been paying my electricity bills online from www.jbvnl.co.in since last one year and I have recently realised that I have not been provided the discount of paying through digital mode before the due date.

I paid the Dec Bill on 13th Jan'23 and I was charged Rs. 533 while the bill clearly states that if I pay through digital mode before the due date (29.01.2024) I should be paying only Rs. 510.29.

Received current month bill Rs 14040/- although used just 196 units.

Please help...

Disconnected electricity and fined an amount of 28, 000. We don’t have any electricity dues we asked him about the electricity fine justification they are not ready to discuss about anything....

I paid rs. 1834 to jbvnl by sbi net banking, through jbvnl ezy app.
The payment ref is [protected]igaimvbjz3 dt 23.4.2020. Screenshot attached.
However, no receipt was generated.
The bank statement shows debit of the said amount "to transfer inb jharkhand bijli vitran ni tech_jhbvnl payments".
I shall be grateful if you resolve the issue as soon as possible....

Electric supply of my residence at krishnanagar 01, mihijam jamtara jharkhand area is very poor and frequently flactuate voltage resulting fans are moving very slowly and we are facing a great problem during the summer days and nights. Most of the nights are passing sleepless night.
