Today i was trying to made payment for my electricity bill having consumer number G748 under Upper Bazar Area Ranchi from JBVNL Website http://jbvnl.co.in and online payment at link http://secure.urjamitra.in/urjamitra/onlinepay/
The amount of Rs. 1188/+ Rs. 3.78(Service charges) was deducted from my account. But the amount was not showing credited to the my bill.
The bill at JBVNL is still showing pending.
Today i tried payments for my three electricity bills:
1) UB1418 at Upper Bazar- Payment Successful and Bull Updated- Rs. 654+ Rs. 3.78 = Rs. 657.78/-
2) UB3603 at Upper Bazar- Payment Successful and Bull Updated- Rs. 803+ Rs. 3.78 = Rs. 806.78/-
3) G748 at Upper Bazar- Payment Successful but BILL NOT UPDATED. - Rs. 1188/+ Rs. 3.78= Rs. 1191.78
I tried to call the Call center but no one picked. dropped a mail at [protected]@jbvnl.co.in but no one is responding the email. Kindly help.

For Consumer No: HW2978. I paid july 2020 bill through online. FYI Rs. 707 has been deducted from my HDFC bank account but it is not showing paid in JBVNL website. Please help.

Sir, I have complaint regarding the monthly bill of electricity, at the 3rd month of 2018, the total arrear in the is much higher than previous month, but I pay the money of 600 rupees at 25/01/2018, Sir please response on this complaint . I attached a picture of bill .
