I live in kondapur near hitension road. There is a construction site next to our building and the JCB is working during night time which is causing disturbance and sleep loss. We have small kids at home.
Request authorities to take action immediately and make sure construction works are carried out during day time only.

I am a mechanical engineer at the arab contractors company. We have jcb 225 in need of overhauling clinder head so we have requested spare parts from your power of attorney and we have delivered the check more than three months ago and have not yet arrived and when inquiring about the delay we will be surprised not to respond to communication and abuse.
Now the quipment has been stalled for more than three months without the attention of the power of attorney and we have not seen worse than it.
So pay attention to solve this problem

There are several models for jcbs but we have purchased ecomax as there are many system such as gps tracker and other electronic systems. But after purchase of approximately a year no one from company is able to start those functions for us. We today we are totally blind that why we have purchased that ecomax and not normal 3d model.
We have made several complaint over phone call but not recieved any satisfaction yet. So plz help us

Dear sir,

Please provide us information that how can we get the require spares urgently because we have one 432zx breakdown since a month, we made indent, po has done by purchase department but still spares are not available in local jcb store. Whenever we follow they say we will provide you as soon as possible, my equipment is still breakdown.

I have purchased a new jcb 3dx with frame number 2585786 which has allotted with jk tyres hardly my machine didn't run for 15 hours tyres started cracked and jcb wont even check the standards of tyres i have complained to jcb mgb dealer they didn't take any action to my machine hardly it has completed 10 days from my date of complained to dealer please don't loose your reputation by giving dealership to the useless dealer and i think action
Can be taken against it and i hope to view the reviews and buy some thing thank you

I am staying with my family in bangalore since 1978 onwards. two years back i had purchased a house in subbanyyana palya. the adjacent area to my house is kept vacant filled with garbage and nobody knows the whereabouts of the owner.in that vacant site a jcb more than 3.5 ton heavy truck (having registration number: ka 03 mt 8261) which is used for daily service parked permanently during 6pm to 8am regularly by mr. raghavendra, house no: 41. when the above mentioned truck is turned on before leaving and arrival causes my house doors and hand rails to vibrate. i informed him many times the heavy vehicle should not be parked very close to the building which is against to the heavy trucks parking rules. but still the same is continuing. our family members are getting worried that something undesirable will occur some times in future. so you are requested to take necessary action as soon as possible as you can.

This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India calls in question the validity of seizure memo
(Panchnama) dated 8.7.2009 whereby officers from the Directorate General of Central Excise Intelligence
seized from two units one at plot No. 55, Sector 6, Faridabad and the other at 23/7, Mathura Road,
Ballabhgarh, both owned by the petitioner company, what according to the respondents are automobile parts
valuing Rs. 53,73,49,280/-. The petitioner also CWP No. 12188 of 2009 [2] prays for a mandamus directing
respondent No.3 to return the bank guarantee which the petitioner has furnished for securing a provisional
release of the seized goods in terms of an order dated 10.7.2009 (Annexure P-7). The challenge arises in the
following circumstances:- The petitioner is a public limited company engaged in the manufacture of
Excavators and Loaders etc. in its unit at Faridabad in the State of Haryana. Apart from the manufacturing
unit set up by it at Plot No. 55, Sector 6, Faridabad,, the petitioner company also has its unit at 23/7, Mathura
Road, Ballabhgarh where it packs, repacks, marks and affixes its Logo 'JCB' on the parts that are supplied to
the petitioner company by other manufacturers.
On the basis of an intelligence report received by the Directorate General of Central Excise Intelligence that
the petitioner company was engaged in the manufacture of automobile parts in the unit mentioned above and
that the same was not registered as required under the Central Excise Act, 1944 ( for short 'the Act') and also
that on account of non-registration of the unit, the manufactured automobile parts were being sold in the
market without payment of excise duty, a search was conducted by the officers of the Directorate General of
Central Excise Intelligence on 8.7.2009 at both the premises, one situate at Faridabad and the another at
Ballabgarh. In the course of search and seizure, the respondents claim to have seized what according to them
are automobile parts valuing Rs. 53,73,49,280/- mentioned earlier. The Panchnama (seizure memo) prepared
pursuant to the search & seizure operation, inter-alia, suggests that the petitioner company was engaged in
packing, repacking, branding and affixing of stickers CWP No. 12188 of 2009 [3] containing MRP and its
