I have purchased jcb hydraulic excavator loader from the oja earthmovers, guwahati. A total of about 7-8 of the machine is purchased by my company since 2018 to 2020. These new machines are giving me a lot of problem with the engine heating and also the fuel pumps. Time and again, the same has been complained to the service people in guwahati and jorhat. They have failed to rectify my problems on time. Strong perusal like repeated reminders from my end is always needed for them to provide me any kind of service. They had even taken a pump from one of the new machines which was less than 6 months old, under warranty for some repair works. The same was returned to me after a long time keeping my entire backline of machines and vehicles on standby, thereby incurring financial loss on my end (Emi, interest, manpower, vehicle standy) the same pump was repaired by the company and installed to again work for less than 12 hrs for the same problem to arise. Somehow, the service person managed to run the engine. I was not satisfied with the works. The pump should have been completely replaced if the machine was under warranty. Now, several other machines are also giving me the same problem and the works in the sites have to be stopped and my vehicles are put on stand by mode. We have not been satisfied with the service given by them. Time and again i have request the jcb officials in guwahati to kindly send me a team of good engineers to inspect all the machines that i am having this problem so that the issue can be solved at once. But, again to this also, they have not responded to it and only when i and told them that i will go to the consumers forum, then they have sent only one person to inspect 2 the machines, again for which, proper reporting was not done to me.

I am pwd registered class 1a contractor for the govt of assam. All the projects that my company does is for the infrastructure development of the nation and this kind of service from such a renowned company is not at all accepted. Time and again they have been informed about their bad service, but still no proper action has been taken by them till now to resolve any of my queries.

I took loan and bought JCB 3DX machine chasis number 2597166 in Feb 18 of Rs 25 lac . Unfortunately before 4 days my machine spare part, T Adopter stopped working & I visited Dealer M/s Gadre JCB Akola Maharashtra to get the said spare part but Dealer said that the spare part is not available. I have visited other dealers also but I did not get the spare part. Due to it my machine is standing idle and I will have to bear the loss which will effect to EMI which I need to pay on time. I am mentally disturbed and scared about EMI due date which is too near.
