Parcel not yet received saying door is locked we are at home whole day .please send parcel.

I received a parcel in a very bad condition not at all acceptable. This parcel actually booked at 𝚌𝚑𝚎𝚗𝚗𝚊𝚒 on 0th October. I have got delivery from IDA Jeedimetla to Suchitra . Suchitra delivery person told it is immediately delivered after receiving. Actually I don’t know where exactly this parcel damaged in a pathetic manner.Just I am bringing this information to the authorities to look into this problem and take necessary action to improve customer service only.

it says the item was delievered on 8th oct, 2022 whereas i did not receive any call, the whole day night i was at home. I stay alone there is no neighbour or security guard to receive the parcel.. This is my second complaint. I want my parcwl at any cost. This is pathetic service I called the customer care, they said their complaint portal is down, i raised a complained on indiapost website, they gave me phone no. of the Jeedimetla post office, that too is also not reachable.

This is to inform you that I was 24*7 at home the previous week and had not received any call and still the parcel was marked as “door locked” and kept on hold.
My homeowners are also always present in the same compound but no call was made to me which is pathetic and delivery boy not calling us, then why did we give our phone nos.
Also, it is more than one week, no re attempt was done too.
It is not possible for me to go to post office and get the parcel because that is not something that I have opted for.
I want a call on my no. and re attempt the parcel this coming week.

No one has called me, I was at home the whole week and mentioned as door locked.
Ni delivery re attempt was made.
What a pathetic service it is..
I can not go to post office to collect it as it is not my fault.
Also raised complain with post office, no proper information.
I want my parcel to be delivered and being called on my no.

We have sent a courier from Kerala through speed post to Hyderabad.. It is showing as it reached jeedimetla 3 days back.. Still not received the item.. Tracking Id is EL[protected]IN

hi Reader, I am accoutn holder of SBI Bank, i lost my Debit card and applied for new one. Bank employees syas it is dispitached and will recieve in 15 days. its been mor ethan 1month no has addressed my concern. and it is not yet delivered. Regards, Santhoshi.

I HAD SUBMITTED NSC ON 8-4-2010, FOR NSC MATURITY PAYMENT AT POST OFFICE JEEDIMETLA HYDERABAD . IT WAS ISSUED TO ME ON[protected] FROM POST OFFICE - AHMEDNAGAR & IT WAS DUE ON[protected] OF RS. 5000/-.... MATURITY AMOUNT WAS 100075/-. BUT POST OFFICE JEEDIMETLA ISSED ME LESS AMOUNT SAYING THAT INTEREST RATES ARE REDUCED. IN 2005.ALTHOUGH I ASKED THEM TO ISSUE ME PAYMENT ON[protected],(PRE INTEMETION WAS GIVEN ON[protected]. I WAS REPLIED CLEARENCE IS NOT RECEIVED DUE TO YEAR ENDING.

IF IT IS EFFECTED TO PERSON LIKE ME, SHOULD BE INFORMED PROPERLY.
KINDLY ADVICE ME WHAT CAN BE DONE FURTHER. IF IT IS CONTINUED , WHY PEOPLE WILL INVEST WITH PO SCHEMNE.
