I received the ordered package of jeotex 4 sim mobile today but it's totally dissatisfactory. Its whole old version. Can't use whattsapp, very low battery mah, poor earphone. Its useless
Kindly make any return or exchange option.

I give order a mobile handset on naaptol.com 9 april 2015 set was deliverd on 15 april 2016.after open the handset mobile is switch off in every 10 or 15 minutes I do the complain to the naaptol but they are not giving any response & says we r not take any responsibilty for this.
