My confirmed booking for a Morning flight from Curacao to Kingston for April 4rd was cancelled, due to an admitted system error on the part of Jet Air. I was then told I would have to leave on April 6th on an afternoon flight.
The service from Jet Air has been frustrating. They extended my stay at the Acoya hotel for two days and did not approve food. it was when i called to query I was told that i should submit for reimbursement....

I had 2 very bad experiences with the jet airways on their online ticket booking after cancellation –on 2 separate bookings., i booked tickets for trivandrum-bangalore on 12nd dec for rs 4882 and had to cancel it. They refunded rs 4882 and then debited it again after 1 week. 2debits and 1 credit

On 19th Nov 2010, I checked in at Mumbai Airport at 08.20Hrs to take a Jet Air Flight for Mumbai-Lucknow-Varanasi sector. I made a through check in at the Mumbai Airport for Mumbai-Lucknow-Varanasi and took the boarding pass. P/F AMOUNT NOT RECD TILL DATE
I applied to get back my P/F amount in 2007 but till date I have not recd the amount in mu given A/C.My P/F no. is MH/19769/3971.I was told by my Bombay office that as per P/F office the following amount against cheque no. has been debited to your account in the month of Sep-07 but same was not found.
