Hey guys,

Please do not choose this to buy a plot or anything. They are having a well trained cheaters with them. They will easily steel your money by their words but they will not full fill any commitment they do.

I lot 6.35 lacs i am following up with them for getting it back for past 1 year nothing is happening. Feeling like i should end of my life.

Please contact guys [protected] anybody booked muthamilz nagar kundrathur. We together do something against them.

This is krishnaraj. I gave advance of rs.30000 in order to book 2 plots in vm nagar but later i couldn't buy as i got transfer to outside chennai in the month of november 2015. From that date, i am struggling to get my refund of rs. 30000.Initially, they told me that "you just need to send email to jhomes land" and they will refund the amount within a month but i didn't get even single paise from them/not even single email reply so far. Useless mailbox handling and i made nearly 50 calls to them but their response is highly disappointed!! Whenever receptionist picks the phone "she says that" our md is out of office or out of town etc or says that jhl doesn't get any registration to refund your amount. Pls help me to get my amount

I have book the plot by giving rs. 25000 for the plot located in vm nagar manimangalam. The manager and the sales person told me to give booking advance for the plot to hold the site. However i told them that i will give the amount only after the legal verification. Those guys promised me that it will be refund in a week if you are not interested. I given the documents to the high court advocate for the legal verification. My advocate told me not to go for it. I given the letter to the manager to refund my amount but still now i didn't received. That sr. Marketing manager was speaking to me with rude words and told me that you can do whatever you want. We won't give the advance back. I don't know what to do now.

1) jhl is fraud company. Please don't respond to those advertisements or call.

2) sr. Marketing manager is cheating the people professionally so be aware. They are keeping the local rowdies to warn people if they ask money back.

3) if so you are still interested in jhl. Please don't give any advance and verify the documents with good advocate. Remember they are selling same plot again and again.

4) i went to ashok nagar jhl office again for refund. They are training the customer care team to cheat people professionally. Don't believe them based on the company infrastructure. I just remembered the tamil movie (Chaturanga vettai) after i cheated by them.

5) sr. Marketing manager is the person who speaks politely initially, later he shows his face.

Please check your documents if you already bought the plot. Cancel it immediately if you just booked it. I know that i won't get my money back but my humble request to you all is please be careful with jhl. If anyone cheated or received the amount back then please reply...

I have booked two plots in their site. They urged me to pay advance so that they can hold those plots. I paid 25000 each as advance. Then only they gave me the documents. In legal verification my lawyer found so many faults in those documents and advised me to not to go for it. Then I called them and cancelled my booking. Initially they told i[censored] cancel the plot we will refund your advance. But when I cancelled they have not returned my money. It has become more than a month now. They tell silly reasons each time. My contact person is not responding. They are not giving MD number. In office they always give irresponsible answers.

I have purchased a land with JHL Global 4 months ago and they promised that all the documents will reach me in 15 days after registration. Till now i haven't got any clue on when will i be getting the documents. Before purchasing the land i will receive calls often but now situation is completely different and there is no response from the other end. Don't know what the status is and the concerned person is also not responding. Whenever i ask they will say more than 100 ppl bought the land and i wonder how those people are still silent without getting the documents?
