I ordered bag Order #3064 on 12 Aug'20 but order is not delivered yet and site is shut down and no response on company mail id..I want my refund back.

I ordered the product n paid the money but didn't received any detail and my product too.

I have paid the amount worth rupees 1495 and have not received the product yet. No one is replying. Please refund my money.

Hi i ordered 3 scarves from jilmil.com worth Rs. 592 on Aug 10, 2020 for which i payed online. I even recieved order confirmation mail.
Since then i am mailing them to know the status i am getting no reply.
And recently I don't even see the site online. The site has been removed i guess.
Please help.

I ordered three clothes on 25 August, but I have not received the product till now . The Order #5702.

My order no. #6740 which was ordered a week ago, it was given that I would get it on 6th oct 2020. But still there's no info about my order. Please take a look about my issue.And there's no tracking option in this beautiful website 😒

I made a purchase on this jilmil.com page from facebook on 12th september 2020. I have not received order yet and when i write mails to customer care there is no reply from their end.

The scarf ordered on 23 August with the above order id is not delivered till now. I sent emails enquiring about it but they haven't responded at all.

I ordered one scarf and one tshirt from jilmil.com on 17th august 2020. They told that i will get the order by 1 september 2020. I paid rs. 550 online to them. I received a mail from them about my order number #4382 for the same. But till today i did not received my order.
Unfortunately while searching their site, it was not visible now. Many other customers also complaints about not getting order from jilmil.com website. The company is fooling people by advertising on facebook. I want my money or order from them. Please register the complaint against them.

This is regarding my order no. 3837 placed on 15th august 2020 from jilmil.com. I was about to receive by 31st august 2020 but has not received anything yet. I have also done with the advance payment for the same. I have come across many complaints for the same as it is a fraud company.
I request you to kindly look into this matter soon and update me about the shipping details.

I placed three orders numbered - 1355, 1358, 1360. It was placed on 5th August in the jil-mil website.
The total amount is 947 INR.
They only responded once, that the order takes 7-14 days. I placed the complaint in the website. No response there also. I humbly request you to pease take action

I ordered few tops and scarf from jilmil.com.
My order id is 3428. I made the order on 12th of August, and paid amount 2207.00.
Afterwards I didn't received any update on my products. I request you to take a proper action. So that company can't cheat any other customers going forward.

After paying amount i am unable to get any details about delivery of material. I have followed with them lot of time through mail but got no response . Kindly take appropriate action against them as they are fooling peoples .

ORDER no #3394.I placed the order (2 scarfs) on 13 August 2020.its been 10 days since then and no information regarding shipping of order.There is no contact number on the site.I have sent emails which aren't being replied to.
There is no tracking number given yet.They have a shipping policy of delivering order maximum of 7 days for national shipping.
But till now no update is provided on shipping of order.only way of contacting is email.and they are not even replying to mails.
