Jio network is becoming worse day by day..
Network is full only at time of recharge or top up why is it so. Please kindly look into this matter as not even a small Google page or video gets uploaded. Don't make fool of the common man and get this resolved as soon as possible. Just by giving some explanation like restart your mobile and which handset do you sue and things like we are working on it won't help so please come out with some new lectures because you won't improve jio sim network

My WhatsApp of [protected] is being hacked my some fake crorepati agency they are missusing my WhatsApp number to seek money from people . WhatsApp number is hacked yesterday I have even filled a complaint to police headquarter Shimla but still iam receiving calls from people again and again this is disturbing my business and life too I can't change the WhatsApp number because of business purpose so I kindly request you to to block my WhatsApp and save my number form missusing .

By using Jio sim for not more than 3 months, It damaged my cellphone's motherboard which cannot be repaired because it costs 70% of the rate of the phone. Due to using Jio sim, the temperature rose upto 70 degree celsius which affected directly the motherboard (main organ of the cellphone). I'm not the only victim in this case. This thing happened to around 12-15 users residing in Visakhapatnam who were ASUS Zenfone 2 (laser 550KL) and moreover this Jio customer care didn't respond to my complaint. So, ASUS users beware before using Jio sim.

i wish to say that i had gone to take jio sim at reliance digital express address at 97/3, main aurbindo road, adchini-sarvodaya enclave, delhi - 110017, near ncrt (map) with voter id card and passport size photos on 3 oct 2016 . When my number came after waiting 3 hour in long queue . They didnot accepted my voter id and asked for aadhar card . I want to complain why company have mentioned about facility to get jio sim through any id card with passport photo while generating barcode after downloading jio apps .
Please take a some harsh step to stop making consumer a fool.

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A5 mobile set from reliance digital xpress mini shop no. Vizag on July. they give me set and sim mobile no. [protected]. after televerification no. started working on next day saying that it is an unlimited plan. but unfortunately after two days after getting 2 gb exhausted, data is not working. I have called 1977, 199 numbers they are not answering.Please rectify or advise to me.
