After giving me my order no another message coming like this ... Dear Customer,
We regret to inform you that we were unable to process your application with NO00000D5U45 for new connection due to incomplete or mismatched information. To activate your connection, please visit your nearest Jio Store/retailer with POA/POI documents.

I have received above mentioned Jio SIM from Reliance Jio Office, Dosha Plaza, Rourkela (Odisha) about 20 days ago. But it has not been activated till today. But some other persons SIM has been activated who has received Jio SIM after 7 days from the date I received the SIM. In the mean time I have visited 3 times to Reliance Jio Office but no action has been taken till date.

Please activate my SIM as early as possible. br...

Connection is still not activated.
And no further communication from them....
