Hi sir,

I am jeruganti ramesh, I forgot my password and when I was logging it was showing invalid credentials and I can't even change my password it was showing mail ID is invalid. forgot password option seems to display invalid email id, unable to retrieve the password by using forgot password. trying to register with another email id not working.

Dear Team JNTUK, it's really disappointing a lot.
A university's prime services website is not able to provide sufficient information to users.
I created an account on the JNTUK website with my hall ticket number a few years ago. Now I want to apply my OD and hence I tried to log on to my account but forgot my password for the same account. Now I try to recover /reset my password it shows "504 Gateway timeout". And even I couldn't create another account for my same hall ticket number.

Not able to reset password. I have registered jntuk od website while applying OD. I forgot password. I am not able to reset password through. I am getting error. I am not able to know status OD. Its urgent for me. Please help me to login JNTUK OD. my ht no is 11851A0451.

I'm sravanthika and I have applied for OD last year but I haven't received still now I want to check the status of my application but I have forgotten my password and I was unable to recover it because whenever I'm clicking on the forgotten password the page doesn't refresh at all and I'm unable to recover my password so please help asap
