The customer care just denies to correct the order placed through web. The correction is only the colors of the items instead of all the 3 in blur color rqstd for grey, brown and blue colors. Simply request denied.

      This is wrt to a recent purchase of Jockey vest that I bought on 5th September 2021. It is disappointing to see that within a short time span of 2 months, the vest has developed holes at numerous places. Please find attached pictures and purchase invoice for your ready reference.

      I've been your loyal customer and prime user since last 15 years. It's disheartening to see a brand like jockey selling such substandard products.

      I urge you to please look into these quality concerns and arrange a replacement for this product.

          I had ordered an item from them which is shown as delivered on your website but I did not receive it. I have not got any Awb tracking id to check the status of my order. I have called their customer executive multiple times. They said they would raise the ticket. I am just receiving back-to-back emails asking me to confirm my order as delivered. Customer care does not care at all. They simply send you an automatic mail asking you to confirm the order has been delivered and keep on sending the same mail again and again.

            Dear sir, I had ordered 6 items from jockey.in online website on 21 feb2021 which were marked as available and after paying the sum of Rs. 1984/- in prepaid through debit card mode i was expecting the delivery in 7 days but today after 2 days i received a mail from jockey that my order no. JK[protected] has been cancelled by jockey company side due to nonavaiblity of some products ..and they will send me mail again regarding refund...but till now i did not get any message or email from the company side regarding my refund process...after coming through numerous similar complaints on this forum against jockey global clothing company i decided to file this complaint and requested the concern authorities to hold the jockey india for negligence, consumer related offense...kindly help me regarding refund of rs. 1984/- from jockey India.

              My order number jk39*6, i have ordered 7 item and all these items are mentioned in the invoice and money was paid however one of the item was missing in the parcel. Called customer care and they asked to send a mail to email id '[protected]@jockeyindia.com' and also i have raised the complaint. The customer care team has not provided any proper reply for my complaint and now they have stopped replying. I have not received any call on the same.
              My order no is JK[protected].
              I sent all the necessary documents
              ( Snapshot of the delivery package). I ordered for 2 boxer shorts...One was missing. On talking with customer care, I was told the amount will be refunded for one boxer within 48 hours.
              I waited...No reply from any concerned authority.
              I cannot expect such kind of service from Jockey. Are they really cheating people...With whom to raise the complaint now.

                Hi,

                Jockey is cheating by not writing disclaimer on 1st page of product on its website and sending colours of product of its choice.

                They are showing different colour options while not sending color selected by customer.

                They are writing disclaimer on 2nd image and last check-out page in very small font size. Why not same font as product details. If you see attachment - 1st page of product and product description and order confirmation email, no sensible disclaimer is made.

                Since due to hygiene these products can not be returned they are fleecing customers by sending unsold inventory.

                  I had placed an order jk[protected] on 11 jul 2020. The order was shipped via expressbees courier.

                  The tracking page shows that the item has been delivered to my home address on 23 jul 2020.

                  The item has not been delivered as mentioned in the tracking page.

                  On scrutiny of records and cctv footage, it was revealed that no parcel had been received at the date and time specified in the tracking page.

                  I had also raised my concern regarding the same on 01 aug 2020 with ticket id jockey257676. I had also called up helpline on 05 aug 2020 and on number of other occassions for an update regarding the same.

                  There has been no action till date and no update or communication regarding the issue.

                  As a consumer i feel cheated and seek respite from the consumer forum for redressal of the issue.

                      On 13/06/2020 I ordered some bermudas online and a transaction has been duplicated, which resulted in two orders. I immediately cancelled the order. with a ticket number JK[protected]). I got a refund of Rs 849/- but I am yet to get a refund of Rs.1478/- . I sent a few emails but they never bothered to reply. I even followed it up calling Jockey. They said that they will arrange the payment but the payment hasn't been made till date.

On the same day, after some time, one of the items got canceled and received a mail regarding the cancellation also mentioning that your amount will be refunded in 3 - 4 working days to the original payment mode.

                        I waited for a week but no refund was initiated and no mail regarding them. I decided to send an email...

                          I had ordered two-pack of shorts and one three-fourth on Jockey's official website on 16 June. I received an email on June 22 at 6.14 pm saying that my order has been delivered but nobody had came to deliver the order. On that day itself, I immediately wrote back to Jockey's customer care email that I have not received any kind of package, they replied saying to check with my neighbours. I replied that I have checked with my neighbours but the order is not with them also. After this email, I did not receive any response from them so I tried to call them on their customer care number but for 2 hours it kept telling that no executives are free. I also asked them to provide me with the contact details of the courier service company but there was no response

                              I purchased some inner wear from the below mentioned jockey store,

                              Cts no-4836/1c, ground floor, dr. Ambedkar road belgaum - 590001.
                              I wanted to exchange the sealed boxed pieces of inners purchased from above store. At the time of exchange the store manager was not available after continuous follow-up from my end the store manager called & denied any exchange and also denied to share the official exchange policy. The store manager spoke very rudely over the call and also threatened me to file a complain to any grievance cell.

                                  Purchased and paid for items from jockeyindia.com (Order id: jk[protected]) on 3rd november but only 1 of 3 were successfully delivered. One item was canceled by jockey and one item was returned as the size was wrong. Return item was picked up within 2 days however a month has past and jockey has not refunded the amount paid for the 2 undelivered items despite over a dozen complaint emails and calls. This fraudulent practice needs to stop and refund needs to be issued immediately!!!

                                    I have only just received products i ordered from the official site if jockey india and they are completely contrary to everything they've professed to be, quality and appearance - wise. I therefore called and emailed them to initiate a returns request within minutes of receiving the order when i was told that they would not accept return because of "hygiene reasons".in spite of telling them multiple times that the prducts is still sealed and one of the the products i ordered a completely different product altogether, i could get through none. If this is not duping, i do not know what is.

                                      Bought jockey shirts in august 2019, since the product was not as described and not fitting i returned. Since then money not refunded. I called almost 20 times with in 3 months. But nobody takes responsibility to do the needful. They asked me to check with my bank, asked me to send the bank statement and i did all that still, no refund. Customer care service is parhetic.

                                          I ordered two jockey boxers from their official site (www.jockeyindia.com) but they delivered only one item and that was the prepaid order and now they are not replying to my mails and the customer contact no.[protected] is not working. I want my money back of 1 item or i want replacement. I paid all the money of 2 items and they did not gave me one item, It's a consumer fraud

                                              Dear madam

                                              Refer telecon.

                                              You have sent identical colour and design shorts – 3 nos and not assorted as mentioned in your website.

                                              Your policy is not at all customer oriented for genuine mistakes of yours.

                                              If you can do anything to satisfy the customer please do the needful. Otherwise jockey is not the only product in the market nor the only online supplier for these items.

                                              I will be glad to post the necessary review in the forums so that in future customers will not be put into such troubles by your “policies”

                                                I ordered 9 items from jockeyindia.com website on 23rd sep and in that one pyjama has color stains and another one has striching problem.
                                                They arranged for return pick-upped on 4th oct and reached them.
                                                Now they are not responding. They didn't refund or sent any item.

                                                  I have purchased two under wear for rs.500 (Each for rs.250). But the quality of the product was extremely bad. It was torn within 15 days. Now onward i will not purchase jockey in my life. Instead of wasting rs.500 for underwear i will purchase it from sunday market. It cost me rs.30 per underwear and it will also last at-least six months. I will also tell my friends & relative not to purchase jockey brand.

                                                    I bought the jockey polo t-shirt from nearest shop but after 1/2 wash it's become so lose even i have hardly used 3/4 times since purchased (July-2018).
                                                    Tried to contact to customer care on "[protected]" many time but no response than finally sent email to below mentioned email id # [protected]@jockeyindia.com and [protected]@jockeyindia.com


                                                    Brief about the follow-up till date :

                                                    1) first email raised to customer support team : on 11 - sep-2018.
                                                    2) the requested detail shared to customer support on 15-sep-2018.
                                                    3) email received from jockey for reverse pickup for my complaint garment on 24-sep-2018.
                                                    4) garment (T-shirt-white) picked/collected by jockey executive on 26-sep-2018.
                                                    5) from 26-sep-2018 to till date not a single reply coming from jockey customer care even after multiple follow-up.

                                                    It has been more than 1.5 month to do follow-up with jockey team but since the garment is picked up by jockey executive the customer care team not at all replying on single email.

                                                      I purchased a new underwear (Trunk) from Spencers, (Quest Mall, Kolkata) on 15/08/2018. Very poor material. I wore it exactly for 2 days and the material stretched to such an extent that its ill fitted now. It costed me Rs. 239/-. I had been a regular user of jockey undergarments. However, for the past two instance i was really upset with my purchase. Hence, I thought of complaining this time. Please find the attached supporting documents.

                                                      I demand compensation regarding this.
