Substandard Product Quality

This is wrt to a recent purchase of Jockey vest that I bought on 5th September 2021. It is disappointing to see that within a short time span of 2 months, the vest has developed holes at numerous places. Please find attached pictures and purchase invoice for your ready reference.

I've been your loyal customer and prime user since last 15 years. It's disheartening to see a brand like jockey selling...

Color bleeding

cheated - product has not delivered but included in the invoice

My order number jk39*6, i have ordered 7 item and all these items are mentioned in the invoice and money was paid however one of the item was missing in the parcel. Called customer care and they asked to send a mail to email id '[protected]@jockeyindia.com' and also i have raised the complaint. The customer care team has not provided any proper reply for my complaint and now they have stopped replying. I have not received any call on the same....

Hi,

Jockey is cheating by not writing disclaimer on 1st page of product on its website and sending colours of product of its choice.

They are showing different colour options while not sending color selected by customer.

They are writing disclaimer on 2nd image and last check-out page in very small font size. Why not same font as product details. If you see attachment - 1st page of product and...

Non delivery of items and non resolvance of issue for more than 45 days

I had placed an order jk[protected] on 11 jul 2020. The order was shipped via expressbees courier.

The tracking page shows that the item has been delivered to my home address on 23 jul 2020.

The item has not been delivered as mentioned in the tracking page.

On scrutiny of records and cctv footage, it was revealed that no parcel had been received at the date and time specified in the tracking page....

Non receipt of refund

On 13/06/2020 I ordered some bermudas online and a transaction has been duplicated, which resulted in two orders. I immediately cancelled the order. with a ticket number JK[protected]). I got a refund of Rs 849/- but I am yet to get a refund of Rs.1478/- . I sent a few emails but they never bothered to reply. I even followed it up calling Jockey. They said that they will arrange the payment but the payment hasn't been made till date....

On 19th june 2020, i have ordered 2 innerwear and the order was successfully generated (Order no: jk[protected]). On the same day, after some time, one of the items got canceled and received a mail regarding the cancellation also mentioning that your amount will be refunded in 3 - 4 working days to the original payment mode.

I waited for a week but no refund was initiated and no mail regarding them. I decided to send an email...

no refund on undelivered items

Purchased and paid for items from jockeyindia.com (Order id: jk[protected]) on 3rd november but only 1 of 3 were successfully delivered. One item was canceled by jockey and one item was returned as the size was wrong. Return item was picked up within 2 days however a month has past and jockey has not refunded the amount paid for the 2 undelivered items despite over a dozen complaint emails and calls. This fraudulent practice needs to stop...

I have only just received products i ordered from the official site if jockey india and they are completely contrary to everything they've professed to be, quality and appearance - wise. I therefore called and emailed them to initiate a returns request within minutes of receiving the order when i was told that they would not accept return because of "hygiene reasons".in spite of telling them multiple times that the prducts is still sealed...

Bought jockey shirts in august 2019, since the product was not as described and not fitting i returned. Since then money not refunded. I called almost 20 times with in 3 months. But nobody takes responsibility to do the needful. They asked me to check with my bank, asked me to send the bank statement and i did all that still, no refund. Customer care service is parhetic....

identical product and pathetic "policy" towards customer complaints

underwear I have purchased

I have purchased two under wear for rs.500 (Each for rs.250). But the quality of the product was extremely bad. It was torn within 15 days. Now onward i will not purchase jockey in my life. Instead of wasting rs.500 for underwear i will purchase it from sunday market. It cost me rs.30 per underwear and it will also last at-least six months. I will also tell my friends & relative not to purchase jockey brand....
