defective product selling in bihar

As I was purchased 3 underwear from Jockey shop bailey road & 2 are fine but another one was defective.I visited the shop but they refused and as well as I also contact customer care department.They told me send the defective product via courier so why I will send the product via courier.If I will send it through courier then what benefit to me because its product amount & courier amount is same. so please suggest.Already discussed wilt customer care but they have refused ...If you did't send me how I can see what was the problem ??

In my jockey underwear, there My underwear has got rubbing. Underwear is not good.s o please take your product.Its cloth is not giving me comfort.underwear couch part is not soft, it is rubbing.I bought a inner 2week ago.Its quality feel me not good.It disappointed me .I used jockey brand regularly., it is too expensive but at that my underwear couch part is irritate me.

Dear all,
I have purchased two products (Forest green straight fit shorts / ink blue grindle bath towel/ seaport teal men promo t-shirt (Free product)) online from www.jockeyindia.com because there was an offer of free t-shirt on purchase (Order# [protected]). I purchased the product in large size which were one size bigger to me (Free t-shirt and forest green shorts) and i write down an mail to exchange the same with medium size or return all three products. They managed to pick only two product forest green shorts and free t-shirt. I wrote them many mail to enquire about my exchange products but they never replied any mail. Today, i contacted their customer care number [protected] to enquire about the delivery of exchanged products. They told that they returned the price for forest green shorts. I purchased the articles only to get the free t-shirt offer; i mailed them many times either return all three products or exchange large t-shirt and shorts with medium size. This is cheating to the customers. Kindly help to resolve.

We bought a pair of vest from dlf jockey store, we asked for size 80-85, and we not beieg fussy buyer didn't checked assuming we would have got what is asked. But to our utter surprise it was size 90-95. We put up in ghaziabad and can't travel every other day to dlf so when we went back to change. That guy just started showing tantrums. Not even accepting his mistake. And was talking in such attitude. Not accepted.

My self yogesh gupta, i'm from ahmedabad.
Currently i'm leaving in mehsana, gujrat.
Actually would like to share one of my genuine problem with product.
Last week i had purchased one box of having 3 pair of jockey socks (397rp) from one of mehsana based dealer.
After the first wash of that perticular socks, it's got completely unhealthy n just about to tear from some of the areas, so i took that pair n visited the same dealer at mehsana, but having a deep sock he straighly ask me to call on toll free number of jockey, i just can't do anything for this!!! And also suggest me to do courier the pair wherever jockey team suggest.
I was like what rediculas he's talking. Why should i do courier???
I also called on the toll free number as well. But didn't get any response from there.
Really suck a bad experience with the product and from the dealer as well.
Request you to please do needful!!!

I have purchased a multiple sets of jockey briefs #1010 and vests from the market but after 1 to 2 washes found holes in 2-3 pieces. I cannot expect such a poor quality from brand like you. I am regular customer since last few years and never found that the product became unusable within atleast 1 year. Kindly send ur representative to have a look and arrange return or replacement for the product.

Hello sir,
I bought a jockey brief (Sport) 2 weeks ago on which i found hole after wearing for just 2 times. Is this the quality of jockey products you serve to the costumers. This is not the only product i used, but the only product which i found to be defective. If this is the only service or quality you provide the customers i won't recommend it to anyone.

After the first wash, the stiching of the vest has been worn out from the bottom of the vest.
I am a regular customer of jockey, but this time i was totally disappointed by this experience.

After 9-10 days of purchase, I see that Molds started growing in the product, and there are several small tiny holes as well.
I take the product back to the store manager, who assured me a replacement at the time of purchase withing 30days.
He also agreed that the product is in very bad condition, and asked me to contact Jockey customer...

I am a loyal customer of jockey and using products from last 10 years.
First time here, in this case, i was very unsatisfied with the product quality.
I contacted the jockey customer care ([protected]) and they asked me to send the product back to the given address.
Today after waiting for around 10days, i called the customer care again, and they mentioned that they are sending the same product back to me.
I only used the product for around 12 days, and mold started growing on the back part.
Also, i can see there are small tiny holes in the product after very less use.
How can jockey send me the same product back, if it has this much of quality mistake?
I had never found any defect in any of the jockey product in last 10years, this is the first time i am complaining, and is this the way a customer is treated in jockey?
I am very very disappointed here, and please make a note, that i will not be going to accept the same product if you send it out me.
I want the replacement/refund in this case.

I purchased jockey short on date 04/06/2017 for my son yr 10 from bhagyoday enterprises, ahmednagar (Maharashtra).
My son used the same maximum 4 to 5 times and not more than 12 days only.
After 4 to 5 washes i observed a hole formed on short thigh.
I am sending images herewith.

1. I bought a ladies pyjama from Messrs Singh Agencies Patiala on 19 May 2017. Few items in the bill were exchanged on 20 May 2017 for change of size/another item. On exchange, original bill of all items was retained by the dealer.
2. The pyjama was worn for first time yesterday and it was discovered that it has a small hole in the weaving. The dealer was contacted today who told to contact jockey india on toll free number. All attempts to contact jockey india on toll free number were futile.
3. The hole in the pyjama is a manufacturing defect.

I ordered three items from Jockey's authentic website and from the very first day of placing the order I was trying to cancel, but it was no where. They could not provide me with any solutions. Now they say these are inner wears due to hygiene etc they can't take back. But on the other hand it's also mentioned should return within 7days of arrival. As per their FAQs and return policy I can also play with words and take my HAQ . Untrusted. UNJUSTIFIED. Looters. Do not opt for JOCKEY ONLINE. I used to love jockey because for everything. Defective Boxer Shorts

On purchasing from an authentic Jockey store, the first time i use the shorts, the only pocket it has tears off tearing the complete shorts. It was indeed a defective piece and on complaining on the jockey india customer care, there was no reply whatsoevver. Pathetic quality with a topping of hopeless service assurance!
Way to go Jockey, hope you are ruined because of your faulty practices!

Since last several years I am using JOCKEY VEST & BRIEFS, SPORTS SOCKS & other products.
Last 15days back I bought CS 13 VEST Size M, Colour White, after 1 wash I found a hole, the said VEST purchased from your brand shop JOCKEY in South City Mall, Kolkata.
Most of the staffs knows me personally as I buy JOCKEY products from them regularly.
They were helpless and requested me to call CUSTOMER CARE, I have tried your old no.[protected] & was told that the number has changed to [protected].
The problem explained & a complain was logged #SR20151860.
I was really shocked when I was told I have to send by courier the VEST to JOCKEY, BANGALORE.
I think the problem with most of the Multi-National Brands is more than 50% of their products they are selling in this country and in case of SERVICE or COMPLAIN they take this country for granted.
It is really shocking customer cannot return the defective product in the store.
