Respected Sir,

I am a U.S. citizen residing in upstate New York and a non-resident Indian. On October 6, 2025, I paid INR 11, 000.00 to Jodhpuri Galax (https://jodhpurigalax.com) for an Indian ethnic saree for Diwali, but I haven't received the item or a refund.

I have contacted the owner, Anish (+[protected], multiple times via phone and WhatsApp, but his responses...

They steal my money and not ship my order. When I ask for refund they call me thief fraud and also insult me. Anis Soni the person take my money and never send my order.
They even ask my bank account for refund but never refund but instead they get as I did have money on the account I gave them.

I request the concerning department to take severe action against these people as they are robbing people over the world and...

I made a purchase with Jodhpuri Galax on Facebook and I have not received any parcel nor any refund from his part. The seller is based in India, Jaipur....

I have paid for some dresses which I never received from Jodhpuri Galax

They have stopped responding to messages and calls

They demanded proof of payment before acknowledging order and never sent a receipt of anything. A person named Anish Soni runs this scammy operation. Took one year to ask them for a refund as they kept delaying it. Refund also has never been given. And they use threatening language when they find out you have given negative reviews.

The company seems to be an unprofessional business site. The ordered items in mid-May 2023 with a promise to have this delivered before 23/06/2023. I kept asking the sales person to confirm that i will get the shipment by this date for me to proceed with the order and was told that it would be. I have paid for the shipment on 15/05/23, 1600.00 INR & 4350.00 INR, 22/05/23 1250.00 INR & 25/05/23 5000 INR . Each time I spoke to this salesperson who also states he is the manager I was promised the shipment would be there as initially agreed. I have paid $205.60 AUD in total for this shipment. I asked the rep for an update on the 20/06/23 which I was informed that the shipment would be delivered on the 26th or 27th of June. I informed them that this was not fair as i specially ordered the shipment for function on the 24th to 27th June. I demanded to speak to the owner of this business, but the manger called me back and he advised that they had shipment issue and will cancel the order and send me refund. From that day to date I'm following up on the refund and nothing has been processed. I have been given the run around saying it will be done tomorrow, weekend, or next week and so on.

Kindly requesting if you could assist me in getting my refund from Jodhpuri Galax. They operate through Facebook with different names and take payments. Another fake account is JG Saree. I purchased the items worth of $271.54 FJD.

I did my payment on 01st November, 2022 and till to date I haven't received my item and neither sending my refund which I have requested for. They keep changing and extending the dates and when the day comes for refund they again extend it. I got the receipt for the purchase.

Please refrain from purchasing any items from the above buyer. I purchased 1 saree and a lahenga and few jewelleries on 01.12.22 and today is 14th Feb 23 I haven't received my item. They keep extending the days for shipment and refund but till today nothing has been done...worst customer service...the sellers are always rude and telling us to be nice when they actually owe us..can anyone here assist me to get my money back..they keep saying overseas transfers will take long but I now they are lying..Stay away and never shop from them...

I placed an order for 2 sarees in July . Even after payment I have not received my order. At first they used to respond back saying they will resolve matter soon but now they don't even respond back.

Ordered few Items . and trusted based on the facebook account and extended promises . Once ordered and paid the amount, no response . Only response after given them threat . Its been more than two months and no order number or tracking number published .
Total ditching the customer .
Good business stands on customer loyalty which is being missed totaly. If you are not suppose to deliver, please tell your customer and dont charge...

It's a fraud company. I had ordered a saree in October 2021 with full payment done. They said order will be processed in 1 week and now it's 2022 still I haven't received my parcel. I did several follow-up with them through viber messages and till November 2021 they were giving me excuses and now they stopped replying. Till today I haven't received my parcel and when we select any item from them, everyday they will follow-up for payment payment and when it's done they will makes excuses to send the item. I was dealing with MONIKA SONI. Is theirs a way we can get refund or our item???

I had ordered one lahenga in February and did full payment as it was required by the dealer. They said order will be processed in 2 weeks but it’s more than 5 months now. Every time I ask for refund or to send my order they keep defering and asking for more time but never sent the item.

This company is fraud as they attract customers online with their products and ask to pay on time in order to proceed the order. they are just big time con people (Scam). From my experience they will keep dragging and ask for more time but in actual they do not proceed anything. I would recommend every1 not to purchase any item from the above Fraud Company.

I have not received the product na dthey keep dragging.They not even refunding.

This is to inform you a agents from jodhpuri galax a shop in India having its facebook page which enable customer from overseas to shop online. According to reviews many customer have complaint against this shop. Unforthunately i have been a victim of the fraud company like many others. The name of the person I dealt with is Anish Soni. He had guided me through message on facebook until payment has been completed, once...

Firstly, the order could not be supplied due to shortage in raw materials even when I had already paid. Secondly, they requested to choose another saree which we did. They also asked for additional money as the saree costed more than the previous one. I even paid for that. Thirdly, they said the saree is defective and cannot be shipped. I then cancelled my order and they said that they will refund my money. It's more than one year they are still refunding my money. Also, they even stopped replying my messages. Jodhpuri Galax does not do business anymore. They just do frauds. Grateful to please take severe actions against them.

I ordered a saree from jodpuri galax on the 10th april 2022 the merchant had veen defering to send send order keeps saying bext week next week.
Ita been a month now and hes still daying will send it next week.
No idea when hes next week.will.come. asking for refund and hes not gibing refund.

The merchant has failed to send the orders.
He keeps deffereing dates upon enquiry.
Doesn't want to refund.

I ordered 2 outfits from their website in February but haven't received anything till now. Everytime they keep on postponing the date. They are frauds and liars. Unfortunately I can't do anything as my money is being taken. They are not even refunding. Their excuse is give us this week and we will resolve this.
If we post a comment on fb they delete that immediately.
Don't buy from them. They are making fool of people 😒.

I bought some dresses online from this website and they r making excuses on delivery...they r bunch of liars n frauds...they remove immediately all bad reviews on their facebook page...so many people have complained agains them but they r still looking people...i think that how authorities in india work...let frauds to continue loot people...corrupt authorities

I have a place an order with Mr anish from jodhpuri galax, payment already done, he just keeps providing with new dates for delievry he says parcel is delayed due to any reasons, , he keeps on postponing the delivery, i think he does not intend to make the delievery only fraud people

Since 4 febuary i have purchase 2 dress amounting to above rs 11000 as at date no delivery has been made. They keep givining date and does not even reply msg on watapp.

I have viewed so many complaints from the company, , still there are operating on facebook cheating people. Till now why has no action been taken against them.

I had purchased a sari on their website first they said it will be delivered in two weeks I was fine but the the product didn’t get delivered at all it’s been two months no response form the seller. Thea e people are only eating money in the name of online shop. The number contacted is +[protected] who just reverts back saying next week the product will be delivered....

Well Ordered 2saress for Divali oct2020, until now August 2021 still they are despatching, everytime time only one answer coming week or end of this week they will send shipping details. I’m not the only one as I can now see lots of negative feedback on google review, Facebook. Once you question the the block u on Facebook and WhatsApp.
They dnt want to refund so keep on dragging me.

I had ordered my clothes amounting to 8500INR in May 2021. I had done the payment on 17th of May as Anish Soni from Jodhpuri Galax was pestering me on WhatsApp msgs to do the payment quickly as the stock was limited. After receiving the payment he did not inform me. When I asked him if he has received the payment then he told me yes already received it. Now we are in August and I have still not received my order. When I have started asking for my refund he kept on giving me days that he will refund on this date and that Date. When I have not received the refund I have called him, he started using fowl languages with me and threatened me also.
This is just to inform you that how this person is stealing people's money since quite a long time. Kindly check his website.
Hope you will take an action against this man as he is ruining the image of India.

I have paid for 6 designer sarees to be shipped to Mauritius since Feb 2020. We are in August 2021, I still have not received any parcel yet. ANISH SONI has been giving me dates on dates whereby my parcel is to be shipped but still nothing has been shipped.
Thanks to act with immediate effect. It is very very urgent.

I placed my order with jodhpuri galax Facebook page in Feb 2020 payment done on Feb 28 2020 .till now they have not delivered my order nor refund is done .

By understanding ongoing covid situation I cooperated for so long .whenever I followup they come up with some reason.

The person who ever is handling fb messenger communication is very rude and manipulative.

I request you to help in getting justice and attaching supporting documents.

I ordered my dresses in augus 2019 from this seller facebook page jodhpuri gaalx.. M first they didnt send my parcel then when i asked them they do misbehave everytime i asked them gor my money.. I send them from qatar they said give account details of sone1 in india.. I didnt know any1 there still i manged with 1 jewelry shop to gv account details so i buy jewelery but they didnt transfer back.. Again theys aid choose dresses i again chose...
