Due to non-delivery of the booked bed i have to sleep on floor.
Advance not returned till date.
I have approached national consumer helpline. Appropriate steps will be taken with compensation legally.

This is to WARN all the consumers/ customers out there to be beware of this furniture store in Koramangala, Bangalore- JODHPURI.
I dont know from there to start their complains as there is not just one.

They are involved in the below acts:

1. Cheating customers
2. Theft and fraud
3. Customer harrasment

Incident Description:
We has placed an order for a wardobe on 21 May, 2017. Initially the told they delivery timeline is 30 Days. Later when we decided to confirm the order, they extended that to 45 Days. As we were not in hurry, we agreed for 45 Days(being the Maximum time). The Owners of the shop- Aayush and Amit are the biggest frauds I have ever come across in my life. They act sweet before charging advance but once they get the money, the will forget who you are.
They never answer the calls as well. After waiting for 60 days instead of 45 days we had to go to their shop to check on the order. To our surprise, we got to know that the order hasnt even gone into production. I was taken aback . When we asked the reason, they gave all fake excuses and started shouting on us and misbehaving. Rather than accepting their mistake, they were abusing us.
These kind of shops are not accepted in a civilized town like Bangalore as they can even go at the extent of harming and hurting customers.

I would request the consumer court to take some strict action against them so that the other customer dont become victims like us.

I usually don't review products. But for Jodhpuri.net I must review, so that people should stay away from such a fraud company.

I placed order on 4th August for 2 console table, the cost of each console table was Rs. 6749/-. Total amount paid is Rs. 13498/- & received order confirmation letter from them. After 5 days exactly on 9th August they sent me what’s up message that they have increased the product price so I have to pay more Rs. 5000/- extra. which was ethically very wrong. But my money Rs.13498/- was stuck with them so I agreed to pay Rs. 5000 more. They agreed to deliver the product on September 5, 2016. After repetitive follow up & phone calls they delivered the product on September 24, 2016. One product was fully damaged & broken. So after sending pictures to them & repetitive phone calls they agreed to pick up 1 console table which they did it on October 25th, 2016. Out of 2, I have 1 console table with me which has started to break apart. This is not solid wood furniture at all. Today is 5th December, 2016 & after repetitive phone calls, they are least bothered. It has been more than 4 months my money is stuck with them. Till date December 5th they have not given me any product exchange or have not returned my money.
So be careful while placing orders for any products with Jodhpuri.net. They are big cheats. Their products looks attractive on line by the pictures posted.

Another point to remember is that they don’t have any manufacturing unit. They give their orders outside.

Never buy anything from Jodhpuri.net they will hoard your money and you will be at their mercy forever for delivery. In return you will get cheap product which is not at all solid wood. Owner Aayush Agarwal will never pick up your phone calls & their so called employee would raise their voice while talking. Never came across such a fraud company. This company is not for online shopping but to loot money from the customer.
