Since the activation my net is not working and for customer support i have to wait for 15 to 20 min and still cant reach. I called them recently and by luck i got the chance to talk to them and first the guy told me he cannot refund but then he said i will get the mail for refund. It's a fraud company. Service is pathetic.

    I have been getting continuous calls from joister even after telling them thousand times (Over calls and through email) that i don't want to renew their internet connection. It is irritating to receive these calls.

    I have been sending them emails from 5-sep-19 and still they have not stopped calling me. Its like a harassment. Please don't call me

      Dear mr. Nikunj,

      So this type of service you're providing to the customer?
      Dude wake up now atleast, customer is escalating this issue from last 15 days and you don't give a damn about it.
      What kind of company are you working with? Is this a joke?
      Yesterday i received a call from your @grandroad office and they finally told me that they will visit at my place so i was at relief and then what? I was waiting for your technician till @7.00 pm but no one turned up again and again i'm disappointed.
      Finally i was # up and reached @grantroad joister office. I have told them everything whatever i'm facing from last two weeks and they told me that we can't do anything right now.

      Point no (1) - my internet is not working from last 2 weeks
      Point no (2) - i have not received my 1 month extension with my renew account.
      Point no (3) - i need a compansastion for this no internet for 15 days plus for the worst customer support i ever had in my life.

        Internet service is down since 1st august 2019 and till now no solution is provided... Despite calls being made to company call center and sales representative no technical support has been provided or technician has been sent to my address to solve the issue... I am always told that technician will arrive by evening and it has been 4 days like that.

          We are unfortunately using joister internet connection due to lack of compatibility of other providers in our area.

          The internet has been repeatedly down for about 4 to 5 times a month. Each time the internet is down, the same process of contacting the customer 'care' team and supposedly tat of 3 working days to get the wifi back on track is promised.

          However, inspite of multiple followups the timelines are never adhered to. They do not send any technician nor share the contact details of the higher management to whom we can raise our concern. It is absolutely pointless to raise a complaint on their customer support and then wait endlessly for a solution.
          We are freelance professionals and our work gets impacted due to this carelessness.

          If there's a way i can escalate this and get some solution to this repeated problem it would be very helpful. We've taken an annual subscription and done the payment in advance. The repeated downtime of the wifi is affecting our work and there is no response from the company.

          Any help to resolve this would be appreciated.

            I live in Ratnagiri, maharashtra, I have joister internet connection in my house.
            in Ratnagiri joister depends RK service (local cable network) for hardware.
            my internet cuts off 3 times in a month.when i try to register a complaint for first 2 days they dont receive a call and if they registered my complaint technician does not even show up.
            I have to call them daily and then they will come and check.
            and after 1 week again same problem arises.

            please do something.local services are furstrating
            Same issue for me buddy even i live in ratnagiri my interent has not been working for the last 1 week every time i call the customer care they say it will done by today they dont care about their customer

              This is just brand but with zero value for customer.

              My internet service is down for almost 15 days now. I have tried calling their Kothrud office several times no response only false promise. Even I have raised complaint through customer account login in their portal, no action so far.
              Feeling like a cheated as I have taken one year subscription.

              This seems like big fraud to gather customers in the name of low cost plans and high speed plans.
              I have been complaining them about blocked sites on my network but do not get any reply. Some very important sites like irctc or makemytrip and all payment gateways are not working on my connection.

                My internet is not working for past 3month, i have logged ticket and since then contacting the CC over call for over a month. everytime there is a false promise given. all CC executives are aware of the issue and does not extend any support nor they connect with anybody senior.

                Its high time this company should be declared as FRAUD and should be closed ASAP

                  Sonce last 4 days my wifi is not working. I tried to reach out customer support but no one is responding to my call. More than 20 times i reached out.
                  The hell service provider. Before having new connection they will entertain you. But after that no one is responsible for our network issue.
                  And this is not first time it happens every month. Like in month 4-5 days you can not expect wifi. And even if it is working then loading issue, speed is like worst.

                    Hi, i am residing at kharadi area in pune and availing joister connect broadband service. On 22nov 2018 their internet stopped working in entire kharadi area and the reason they gave was issue with their optical fibre cable. It took 15 days to re-establish connection.

                    Now just 1.5 months after above incident, on 21st jan 2018 their service has stopped in our area and still they haven't resolved issue. Their customer support won't answer calls after we report the issue first time and on mail they just reply they are working on it. We have no idea when the connection will be reestablished. I have mail conversation of both these cases.
                    Several customers like me have purchased pre-paid long term plans from joister and has to go through this torturing experience since we cannot exit their connection now. We could not even commit to any work from home due to the poor network service provided by this firm.

                    Please do check if this firm actually have the technology and man power to serve these many customers or are they actually trapping customers in their plans and then providing the worst service as they cannot handle the critical situations. Please help us to escape this ordeal by taking appropriate action.

                      Joister is a fraud company.

                      From the time i have purchased joister broadband, i have faced more than 60% downtime. The internet works only for one day in the whole week.
                      This company is a fraud company!
                      They will take your money and won't provide you the service.
                      I have raised issue with the customer care 100 times but still no resolution has been provided. I even went to their head office and fought with them. Still no improvement and neither they provide you a refund.
                      Guys, please be careful. Don't purchase joister broadband. Its better to purchase a broadband which is a reputed one like airtel, vodafone, tata, etc. But if you want to save your hard earned money, never purchase joister broadband, no matter how cheap their plans are.
                      Got trapped in their semi-annual plan facing frequent outages which even lasted for 15 days.

                      Don't know how they manage to get license and operate in a city like Pune with such poor service.

                        I have applied for an internet service and taken a package of 3 months and paid 2123 to joister since then the wireman told me he cannot do wiring because joister router is far from my shop and the installation is a problem.

                        Since then i have sent several email to [protected]@joister.com but they keep on informing that my refund is under process but uptill now there is no refund.

                        This is very pathetic and in acceptable as it is more than 3 months now and no body at joister care about it.

                        Please help me to get my refund

                          Joister technician damaged my routet and didn't replace. I bought new router and request them to come and fixed it.
                          But frim three days they are not coming to resolve my problem.
                          But whiteout resolving my problem they simply send message mentioned your complain is resolved.
                          This type of service they are giving their manager of mulund branch mr. Deshpande was also not taking intrest in to this issue.
                          Si i feel helpless.
                          For the last six days your service has not been working, this is happening on regular basis every month. Joistar has been an extremely unreliable service provider and even the customer support has been non-existent. Your customer service representatives do not pick up the phone but calls for new connections are picked up immediately.

                            From last 15 days my internet is not working. I so many time try to calling in joister customer care but no one picked up the call. I try so many times in a day. Even i raised complaint in joister application portal still no buddy response on my complain.

                            So i last try to sent mail to joister customer care i'd 3 days before but still didn't get any response.

                            I pay for 1 year plan.
                            But from next time i never renewal my plan

                              Almost once every week i face net not working issue. I keep creating ticket with mobile application and it gets resolved without my confirmation whether issue is resolved or not than i have even talked with customer support and asked for permanent solution and they promise me everytime for that but no postive outcome and when i asked to refund my money they tell me to mail them they will help with issue and you can escalate issue on mail i have done that also but problem still persist. I have 30mbps speed unlimited scheme of 12months and now they are cheating by not providing net alteast once every week.

                                Since july onwards my net is not working every i am trying to call joister call center but they don't response than i started mail but no response i hv same issue net is not working if started working than it last for 15 min dan again disconnect i won't suggest anyone to go with joister pathetic service no one come to check your problem.

                                  I had taken joister broadband connection in june 2018 for one year subscription and my joister connect id is [protected]. I shifted to a new flat in same society on 25th august and since then i have been requesting joister consumer care team to transfer my connection to the new flat. First of all they asked for unreasonable transfer charge of rs 885/- and it is some sort of blackmailing since they have already taken advance charge for the full year and they are not ready to return the money if i disconnect the connection. So i had to unwillingly agree to the transfer charge, but still they have not shifted my connection in the new flat. I haven't got any call either from joister transfer team on possible date for transfer. It is about to be 10 days since i requested for connection transfer.
                                  This is very bad service from joister connect and if i had known this quality of service, i would never had gone for joister broadband connection.
                                  So please assist me in highlighting joister poor service and let people know about it.

                                    We had purchased joister wifi internet of plan rs.4500+810 (Gst) through the agent vilas of joister, pune.
                                    We had made payment on 21st july 2018 in cash to agent vilas. He told that wifi will get on in 4-5 days but stil today after 21 days, there is no word from this agent or even from the joister office. The people at pune joister office are just giving each other names and wasting time.
                                    Joister is the worst internet service provider ever. Its a fraud company.
                                    Please dont install its wifi or any other service.

                                      Every 2-3 days my internet is not working and than i have to call customer care wait for half hour or more. Everytime I have to waste my 30-40 min behind these guys. Whenever I call I request them to resolve this issue permanently but for 1 day Internet works than again its the same thing.

                                      Every 2nd day I am facing this problem and there are not resolving it permanently.

                                      I think from 365 days 180 days my internet is not working. So waste of Money.

                                        Joister is one of the bad internet service provider.. I never had experience of this kind of service provider.. I have taken corporate plan and that time they told me that they will assign special technician for me but 10-15 times when i called then never replied me.. For the issue.

                                        Also when i called from different number that time they received... Means they are not treating well for existing customer.. This is really really bad for joister and i request that never use this internet service provider.
                                        I am jeetendra pimple from solapur having a lot of issues with net as it is providing a lot of packet losses and no one is looking forward for this problem after lot of complaint to locals
                                        and the message upated on mi store on my order is also CONSIGNEE NOT AVAILABLE

                                          I had applied for the new connection of joister internet in 2nd week of june'18, on 15th june'18 one of the executive of joister named "hiddyt pirzade" has loged in my application from and process the request for the installation on the same day wiring and installation of the router was done successfully by 4:00 pm post that i started doing followups with joister on different numbers but i haven't received any solution each time i was been informed that our technique will visit soon to your address and will fix the issue, however its been three days and issue is still not fixed by them and technician has visited only for once and done some temp setup where the serviced worked only for 15 mins and later it got stopped and post which its not working. And i am not getting proper response from the isp.

                                            I have sumbitted the registration application form on 18 jan, and the technician his name is mushtaq, he told me that it will take one week for internet connection to start and when i called joister customer executive he told me that your application has been submitted on 30th jan. It will take few more days to get the internet line.
                                            Now i don't understand whose fault is this, moreover the technician is not picking up the call and he had taken 6500/- rs at the time of form registration.
                                            I have given all the money for installation and one year subscription, but no proper service.
                                            Very bad services, same condition with me.connection not yet done even after 30 days.

                                              I paid 1 year subscription amount rupees 6490/-to their executive of joister internet provider in narhe branch. I got id from them and after clearing cheque they started saying they cant provide connection to my place. Now its been 2 months they are not even refunding my money. Even the customer care people dont guide properly. They just make me wait.
                                              I want my money immediately.
                                              I found similar complaints here now consumer complaint forum is an only reliable option for me.

                                                I have already requested to disconnect the broadband plan it been more than a month joister has not given me any revert for the same, would like to raise this issue in public please don't buy any services its the worst ever. There is no proper management and the office is also not to be found in resolving customer queries. I would like to make a complain to the consumer forum for the same.

                                                  I had applied for 25 mbps unlimited data connection under 1 year
                                                  Plan and was promised by the marketing person mr. Siddqui a free wifi router and extra 2 months free service if i was to pay the entire amount before
                                                  Diwali which i did on 24th oct. 2016 by cheque no 227593 for rs.
                                                  15812/= drawn on hsbc bank.
                                                  The same was also confirmed by their sagar ambradkar
                                                  (Mailing and technical support) by e-mail to me.
                                                  However, when i recently checked my account on net it was showing renewal on 1st nov. 2017 which means only for 12 months. Several call and emails with ambradkar has not been fruitful so far and he has now stopped responding to my mails.
                                                  Today again i called their marketing person mr. Siddiqui and he again promised me 14 months for 12 months plan.
                                                  This company is total fraud. Their sales men misguides customers by making false promised to get new customers. Everyone please be aware of their malpractices.

                                                    I have been complaining non-stop for the past 30 days for the following issue that takes place daily: frequent disconnection. Each time it happens, we have to call and sometimes the call center is able to help and sometimes not. Over the last 30 days, i have called them more than 50 times, literally!

                                                    On top of that, they give a complaint number and mark it as resolved without any confirmation from the consumer! Then they rudely claim that the internet is working! Not trying to understand that the problem is frequent disconnection! Pathetic.

                                                    The attitude is terrible and the goal is to somehow keep pushing the customer forward by a day or two without resolving the core problem.

                                                    On top of that, when one asks for a refund, they're unwilling to first, agree (Ie., they write - we have sent it to the 'concerned department' and second, the call center people say that they will process the refund but the 'seniors' will write a mail!

                                                      While speed is not bad, heir customer service is pathetic. Our internet was down 3 weeks ago -
                                                      1. First of all they don't lodge the complaint when you first call
                                                      2. Secondly the call center employees don't provide you with the technicians number and they don't coordinate to setup a conducive time for the technicians visit. They merely and only take down your complaint - and nothing else.
                                                      3. The call center is completely useless and employees have no control over the technician. They are powerless.

                                                      4. We made about 10 calls in 2 weeks. Everyday the call center will tell you "tomorrow it will be resolved, i assure you". But this is all rubbish. Every day you will hear the same rubbish from them. Waste of time and energy.

                                                      5. The technicians don't care a damn. They are not held responsible for such delays and hence they are not accountable.in fact, they lie and report to the company that the issue is resolved!!! :)

                                                      6. It's been three weeks and issues are still not resolved.

                                                      I will not be continuing with joister. Advise you to stay away.

                                                        After the activation of our 10mbps unlimited yearly plan the first two days were too bad. The speed was almost 2g i. E. 45-70kbps even on the playstore th speed was same. After that speed was good i got approximately 1-2mbps even on chrome. But now i am facing the same issue.

                                                        When i called the cc there was no response, a computerized voice was again and again saying that "our cc executives are busy" and they'll pick asap.

                                                          I never see the fraud company like this, taken 12 month advance, given 1 month service and then daily calling... Ticket issue... Resolve... Resolution for 1 hour and full day wait for another resolution... Again next day same complain... Another tickt... Another resolution... N all happening from last 2 months n still no permanent resolution. There is no responsible person to answer, mailing department is worst.

                                                          Kindly requesting you not to take joister as your wifi service till death.

                                                            My wifi is not working from 07.06.2017 from next day am calling to them they are not helping in it they are just saying technician will come & issue will be resolved till date i. E. 14.06.2017 my problem has not been solved am calling them daily they have only 2 to 3 answers first is the network is down of backhand team i. E. Technical team second technician will come tomorrow & problem will solve tomorrow till date they are saying it will be working from tomorrow. Such a worst customer care i have ever seen in my life. I have talked on call center girls name were trushali or deepali & alnaaz or arshnaaz
