After paying for 6 month package they set up wifi after 2 and half months. It worked for one month and in between gets stuck. Today i lodge complaint and staff misbehaved with me saying we will not do it do what you want... This is not acceptable... Its fraud and i want refund.
Same issues are happening with others at ratnagiri. I would suggest all ratnagirikars to not to set up joister.
The Broaband connection is not working working from November 25th. I tried calling the customer service but no one received the call. Raised a ticket through the app but still no response. This is very unprofessional from the merchant. Please help out with a solution.

    I had lodged a complaint for relocation on 23rd of march 18 had received a reply on 24th march from joister that they will send an engineer for the same, since 25th march 2018 the internet went down and since then no engineer has taken any notice of this have complaint multiple times to joister support but haven't received any reply form their end. And when i go to ratnagiri joister office they say the saff at ratnagiri office are just sales so we don't do technical stuff. So what is it should we just wait till u ppl get educated in technical stuff. I have mailed multiple times for relocation but i get no reply from their end. Customer support ppl just transfer calls from one engineer to other with just one line "sir today itself the problem will get resolved.
    I would file a complaint for the same if this is not resolved at the earliest

      Hi,

      I am tired of complaining about the services with joister connect internet services. Below is the email conversation been sent from my end several times however just a standard response i get (No issue from our end everything seems fine)

      I don’t know what to do now, i have given more then 20 days and did everything that you asked.

      We blocked all the website from your end as well as from our end and formatted all the devices, and blocked all updates in all devices changed our router and using your router, what now??

      What else you want us to change??

      On the 3 months contract already one month wasted, lost 3 of my valuable customers, lost almost 2000 usd.

      We have paid for the services, waited for all possible solutions from your end however end result is that our organisation is going on a total loss.

      We already requested a solution which is not done from your end. We asked to initiate the cancellation process which is not done as per your request but now what??

      As per your mkt device there is no utilisation found still we are finding drops due to which voice is breaking on every other call.

      I agreed to wait for solution just because you said there was a high utilisation however nothing seems to be true.

      I will be also sending all the screenshots and video recordings regarding the same which i observed today.

      This is not at all acceptable.

      I hope we all respect our precious time hence no further excuses expected.

      As you challenged me please refund the full amount as promised.

        Internet get disconnect most of the time just like in a periodic manner. The connection has gone frequently after every 15-20 days and unless network does not come back up for like 2-3 days until we call support. We try to contact support every time for this incident and they manually reset the connection to bring them up. We have filed many complaints on their support but the issue is recurring. Joister gives very poor network.

        I have availed this service for 1 year and joister is giving 2 months wifi network free as complimentary. Indirectly joister is disconnecting network for few days in each month from 1 year plan and giving us these days as compliment. This is nothing but the same and doing fraud with us. This is such a bad experience with joister. I haven't had such experience before with other wifi connection.

        Now, i am fade up from this incident. I want to discontinue this service please send me the proper way for discontinuation and i want my amount back for remaining months. I don't want to continue joister service anymore. If my problem don't get solve by this i will file complaint against them at higher level.

          Joister connect provides home broadband internet service in kharadi pune. They took rs6500 advance money from me on 4th october 2017, as advance rental for 12 months. They installed the connection on 6th october. They gave internet service for two days only. From 9th october this internet connection is not working. Joister customer service number is not working. Their sales person dilip [protected] is not picking up the phone. I am facing a lot of harassment.

            Internet frequently not working.in 15 months more than 120days internet not working. Not giving credit of it. No proper feedback & lying answers. I demanded for credit note for the same but they discontinued service asking for renewal amount. Very upset with service & i called everyday for the same complaint but no feedback. Last month from dt.28-march to 27-april my internet was totally not working the reason they give was unsatisfactory & lier. Pl see to it. Ct number.[protected]

              Internet stops working and the customer service keeps giving a same answer again and again that they will fix it and resolve it in 24 hours.

              I have had the same issue 5 times and every time I complain they say they will fix I it permanently. But it doesn't happen.

              They say we will put your ticket on high priority but give the same timeline of 24 hours.

              The supervisor won't come on the phone because he himself is aware that joister service is bad doesn't want to speak to a angry customer.

              This the worst customer service and internet provider.

                The wifi has not been working since a week now when last called the customer care they did a basic trouble shooting and mentioned that a ticket has been raised for the issue and will be resolved soon
                Have not heard since then and when try to call them no one answers
                Have intact reciaved a message that the issue has been resolved however internet is still not working a really bad customer service . Least expected was an update if the issue was still not resolved.

                  I've taken an internet connection from Joister Connect, which isn't working for some reason at my end. Now I'm trying to reach out to their support seeking resolutions, which seems an impossible task.

                  Tried calling their toll free number a thousand times, no one receives, even waited for more than 10 minutes over the call. Tried online ticket based support request, no response yet, Tried another branch board line number, but they dodged the complaint and no one ever responded.

                  I work from home completely and I am loosing out on my business every day. Though, I am changing my ISP very soon. But I can't let go of this kind of pathetic services and the inconvenience it has caused to me officially and personally.

                  Please consider this as a serious compliant. I would want to file a formal complaint if no action will be taken within a week.
                  Very weak and worst service provider. they took 1 year advance money and internet is shut. they dont have engineers to resolve the problem.

                  You are right they lock you in with the 1year service. They have the worst internet and customer service.

                    Internet get disconnect very frequently and doesn't come back up for like 2-3 days. We need to contact the support every time this happens and they manually reset the connection to bring them up. We have filed many complaints on their support but the issue is recurring.

                    Also the speed of the internet is very slow during working hours. We have an 8mbps plan and we hardly get 3-4mbps during peak hours.

                      I want to register fraud case against joister connect.They have best plans to provide when they started there company.I made payment for 3 months and that 3 months it works smoothly.And after 3 months on second payment the speed of net am getting is just 2 mpbs and plan is of 25mpbs.They have 4 numbers no one pickup the calls on all 4 numbers.I think this is fraud because to start their company and for money they give good service for 3 months after that they are not answering the calls and doesn't care about customer.They are the cheaters they got money of 3 months already.I want refund with compensation from them.And there should be taken strict action against them.If my problem don't get solve by this I will file police complain against them.
