I have same problem that i ordered
Lehnga of cost rs. 989when my order received then it is very cheap and just not look as it has shown in the picture. I tried to contact him/them many times but there are no reply from his side and his mobile switched off. I want to return my product and refund my money. Requested u... Please refund my money... Its very wrong i will very disapointed for this kind of issue... Please resolved this......

I ordered two sarees through joodeal.com. It costs rs.3100. When i received the product, i'm unhappy with the product. I lost rs.3100. I contacted customer care. They asked me to share the atm card number, atm validity details, cvv. I shared atm card number and validity details but i didn't share the cvv number. That person said i will cancel your return if you don't share your cvv number. I said i can't share the cvv number. And i disconnected...

This company is a fake company. I purchased 2 sarees from them, which was totally different from the product which is shown in the website, i requested them to refund the money and take the sarees back. The customer care executive was not interested in return of product rather he was interested in getting my bank account details and he asked me to download an app through which he can take complete acess of my mobile and get the full details...

I wanted to return my order. Idjd6104201. Saree which i purchased for 1500 on 8th pctober'17. As the product was not as expected, i have raised the return request online on 12th october'17 on website and also email on [protected]@joodeal.com and [protected]@joodeal.com but no one has turned up yet.

Kindly help me in returning the product and reverse my money.
