I visited to jos Alukas thirupatur today, for pay schem amount may it's take just a 2minuts so I try to park my bike but security way of handle is very rood and awkward apart from business every customer expect Respect from the concern but I got bad experience from jos Alukas ....

Today When I was came to your jewelry shop in kumbakonam branch. In the parking section they are not in good manner for costumer. Please give them warning not in good response for customers. But also in your parking side one tasmac available in parking area that also so much problem for yours customer

My mom joined a scheme of theirs for 2500 per month and completed 13 installments and paid total of 32500. Since she was ill she couldn't continue and went for purchasing gold. When she purchased they gave back only 32500 and there was no bonus as promised when we asked now they are saying they cant give anything since we didnt complete 20 months. If i would have invested in rd or fd for 1 year i would have got more money and could have purchased...

I purchased a diamond hearing 3 months ago in Jos Alukas Hosur. Due to some damages in hearing I need to exchange it. But he deduct 10% of old price for just 3 months. What a technical forgery!. He simply said it's their rule. If I want to sale the same to another jewellery shop they also reject that. They are really selling diamond or clay? But in Tanisq they gave 100% current price as revalue for diamond and other gem stones. Why this??...

Mr Ajmal and other sales person by name Nithin are doing dis service to their Job, they r rudly behaving with customers and saying, we do not want customers like you. Both of them behaved rudely because we have asked for printed detials of our purchase worth 1.74 lacs, there were calculations mistake in hand written statement, and when we asked him about the discripancy, both of them got agitated and said pay whatever we have said, upon insisting on printed details of statement Ajmal said he does not want to sell it to us and asked to get out of the shop. The sale person was dictating terms to the Incharge. When we asked for customer complaint book so that we can write about experience and leave, no one was cooperating from the Shop.

Ladies Bracelet Purchased from JOS ALUKKAS JEWELLERY, MADURAI Nethaji Road Showroom. It was weighing 8.620 grams and cost INR 26598/- purchased on 18/Aug/2014 Monday. Bracelet was exactly used 49days, on 50th day 07/oct/2014 Tuesday it got damaged. Bracelet was handled with immense care that no any external force was applied on it. How come such an international business group can manufacture a product like this and sale it in market. We need a compensation for this bracelet, it is ok if they give me back the money which we paid for this bracelet without any deduction. With regards Kothai Nachiyar +[protected]
