I tried to book ticket from pollachi to chennai on 17/5/16. I booked in joy travels..that day is Tuesday..because this is election time.they know people would use their travels. I was shocked seeing their fares for the particular dates normally they will charge 650 rupees. But now they charging 1040 rupees. This is very worst.. Action should be taken over them...

Cancelled Regular bus and running special bus instead

I have booked tickets for travelling on 12-Jan-2011 from Chennai to Madurai in JOY Travels.
I booked the ticket on 13-Dec-2010, the day on which ticket bookings open for 12-Jan-2011 buses.
The fare of the bus is Rs.350/- Non AC.
But I got call on 11-Jan-2011 3 PM stating that the Bus operator cancelled the bus service on my travel date.
But when I went to some other website...
