I purchased membership owrth 1.00lac rs on Feb 2017 ..after that I tried to book my journey..but I couldn't do..I tried to contact with them..but they didn't reply..I mailed that company many ime for my refund but nobody responds me...I am fed up all all this ..please help me out to get my refund...or else I have fil e a FIR against this company...plz gelp me out

I received an invitation from “jukaso inn” regarding distribution of “free holiday voucher” for promotions of their hotels from one of their premises which is in sunder nagar, new delhi. They informed me that i will not only get the “free promotional voucher”, but will also get few more scratch coupons in which i “surely” get some gifts without fail. However, they want me to come over there with my family which i did.
