I have ordered a phone same phone 2 times and paid the full amount but they are delivered only one ohone wch is also worng phone and they other one they are not paying me back neither delivering the phone and doing this since one month costomer care not replying properly please hlep me 🙏

I have been speaking with Prakash for the water purifier - under the sink model that we purchased from Just Jaldi . Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the quality of the product delivered.
Your installation person opened the box and the candle box was found to be brokenThere was no high pressure switch
Prakash was sarcastic & said that we broke it
When asked about Arun who had sold this water purifier to us, Prakash said that he is on two months leave
When requested to make us speak to Prakash's boss, we told that his name is RB, we called atleast 20 times, we were being told by Prakash that we will get a call back - this was yesterday
No one is picking up the call now.
We are not being the invoice or any warranty cardNo one has the courtesy to reply also.
What a pathetic service levels that Just Jaldi has,
Can you give us the details of someone that we can speak to ?
this a fraud company ?
Let us know, we will decide on the further steps accordingly.

First I called them and I asked that product is available or not, then they told that product is available, then I placed the order of led tv (blaupunkt) 24 inches(Rs 5, 999).
Next day they called me that product is out of stock and we will not refund to your bank account, we will credit amount to your just jaldi wallet.
But I want full refund.

Dear All,
Kindly I request you, don't buy any product.
They just sell the product, they don't provide the sales after service, real issues started after the installation.
The company don't have a consumer grievance department,
No contact number or email id related to consumer grievance department.
The company only has a sales department, service department they don't have.
If you contact this number [protected], they will talk very badly.
They chagres visit charges Rs. 199 for service.
Please don't buy anything from this fake company.
