Dear sir/madam,
I got in touch with ankush agarwal from juteberry exports through just dial. Post our discussion we ordered 350 jute bags and made the advance payment of 50% of the agreed invoice. We had receievd the confirmation of the same.
He was supposed to deliver the bags by 15th of january but till date we haven't received our delivery. And now he is not responding to my messages/calls.
Request you please look in to it. I can share the screenshots of all the whatsapp messages with you if you wish to have a look.

I got in touch with ankush agarwal from juteberry exports through just dial. We liaised for 2 weeks and finally i made the payment for the jute bags i ordered.
He was suppose to share the sample bag images in 3-4 days, but he kept pushing saying tomorrow tomorrow tomorrow. Finally after 3 weeks, i asked him to refund. He said he will but ever since then he is not responding to my messages or to any of my calls. Been more than 5 weeks now.
Take some action and blacklist him from you side. I can share the screenshots of all the whatsapp messages with you if you wish to have a look.

Complaint marked as Resolved Matter resolved. The supplier did not respond earlier as he was stuck with his personal problems. I was just made aware of it.
The order is processed as initially agreed. All good now.

We got in touch with Ankush and had placed an order for cloth bags for our conference in December 2018 at Mumbai. He asked us to pay an advance amount, which we instantly transferred to his account.
One week before the conference, this guy tells us that he cannot deliver the order. This was the first shock.
Now it's been over a month now and he has not yet refunded our money. He doesn't respond to calls, emails, and messages. We somehow managed to get in touch with him through different sources and when we question him about the money, he just makes false promises of returning the money at the earliest.
Don't fall for his fancy website or any commitments if you care about your money.
We have all the proof of our conversation with him on email and WhatsApp. Now our only resort is to send him a legal notice.
