My father and mother have invested Rs 24000/- on 21/02/97 and 14000/- on 09/07/97 respectively under scheme JVG INDUSTRIES LTD where company has given guaranteed return of double the amount of investement after 30 months. Many times documents has been sent to office for settling the amount through registered courier but nor any reply was given till date nor communication were provided from them till now and further also have no hope of any...

My father invested a 50, 000 rs with jvg investments in 1997 but he is not receive any kind of refund after maturity. Kindly suggest me how i get back my father maturty money refund.
I have all my receipt no. Of invested money and certificates of investment....

I had invested in various schemes of JVG Investments to the tune of 125000, but I have not got the money back. I was to get the double of the money invested on maturity. I even do not know if I would get the principal amount back. Help me and advice me to get my money back.

i had invested amount Rs 5000 on date-25/06/1999 and Rs6000 on date-14/08/1999 total amountRs11000 in JVG investments co.Company had issued cheques no.054583 and 052764 from Dena Bank Colaba Mumbai400005branch after maturity date-25/06/2002 and 14/08/2002 when cheques produced reply responded bounced cheques with remark account frozen.I had submited claim to Honrable Judge HighCourt
NewDelhi related to investers refund about JVG investments...

My mother has investment in JVG Investments of amount rs. 5000 on dated 01/08/1996 and matured on date 31/07/1999 of rs. 10000 but till today not received any amount please help, I have proof of JVG Investments (JVG foods ltd.) My father purchased Rs.30000 shares please how much return my fund

My nani and mom invested 40000 amt to jvg investments... Nd didn't get any refund please suggest how I get my money back...

I had invested sum of 20000 in jvg investments and was promised a sum of 40000 in year 2000 but have not heard from them till now. I have the bonds with me and can challenge the company in court kindly contact me on my email [protected]@gmail.com regarding this matter.

I have invested 56000/- on 27/01/97 under scheme JVG INDUSTRIES LTD wherein company has allotted me 2800 shares with a guareented promise amount of 112000/- after 30 months i.e. 26/07/99. I continuously and regressive follow since last 17 years physically and lodge complaint also at their official liquidation office also many a times through registered courier as well as by visiting their office also. But nothing was happened till date and despite these efforts no communication were provided from them till date.
Hence, request urgent action taken as soon as possible. Necessary details pertaining the same investment are mentioned below:
