JVS Immigration Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is a Fraud Company for employment in overseas. I receive a mail from Vanshika([protected]@jvsimmigration.com) who selects my CV from one of the job portals. I believed him and paid Rs. 3540/- as Pre-assessment fee in the month of Sep 21, 2021, 2:42 PM.

Then they charged me 59, 000/- INR before any Interview. I was assigned one case Manager named Arohi. I am sure it is not her original name. She begins Interview process in the last week Oct (round is Consultancy round is scheduled for 1st November 2021 between 9 PM to 12 AM) & (technical round is scheduled for 18th November 2021 between 9 PM to 12 A) and my Interview continues till 25th January 2023. Am I being interviewed for Chemical Engineering post in Canada?

My concern is that they make fake calls from Ontario, Phone no. is +[protected], +[protected] some lady, some male voice speaks in foreign accent, asks me questions given on 'Indeed' job portal, which I answer them to the point. They arrange calls at dead of night around 12-1 am when half of the world is asleep. Most absurd is that you can't call back on these numbers. They don't even arrange Google meeting or Zoom meeting or Skype meeting, something very strange.

I mailed them any they will respond saying they will arrange other call and the call will next 10 day if we won't answer the call or even the call was disconnect. Every time i reach final stage they reject saying same reason.

I plead before the investigating authorities to probe this matter profoundly and carry out raid in its Office which is located in Nehru Place.
Also request you to get refunded my entire fee of Rs. 62, 540/- which is my hard-earned money. I am a sole earner in the family.
After reading my story you can imagine that it is a big nexus of fake job Consultant.

Moreover, they promised that I will get a job in Canada.
There are many similar incidents and Complaints on social Media.
Please consider my issue on priority and resolve it.

I receive a mail from Suraj Prakash who selects my CV from one of the job portals. I believed him and paid Rs. 3540/- as Pre-assessment fee in the month of December' 2021. Then they charged me 38000/- before any Interview. I was assigned one case Manager named Sana ( # [protected]), I am sure it is not her original name. She begins Interview process in the last week March and my Interview continues till 13th June'22. Am I being interviewed for Scientist's post? She disqualified me twice in Management rounds, claiming that I lack knowledge in my specialization field of Customer Service whereas I have worked with one of the top companies of the world i.e. IBM in which I got Excellence award and other accolades. I have worked in Dubai also in 2002.

On 6th June'22, I received a call from Gurgaon for another round, in foreign accent and Phone no. is [protected].

Moreover, they promised that I will get a call from UAE from 5 companies but till date I haven't received even a single call.
There are many similar incidents and Complaints on social Media.
Please consider my issue on priority and resolve it.

Person named Nidhi from the company had called me for the Canada process. They arranged fake interview, fake evaluation report and never disclosed any further any amount to be paid after the evaluation process and interview. But now when they asked for more money then i refused proceed further and i asked for the refund of my money paid for evaluation amount of 4000 paid. Before they had said that at any point if i am not agreeing for changes in the process the evaluation money will be refunded. Now they are denying for this statement and refusing to refund my money.

They are not answering my calls nor responding to my messages. They are cheaters by manipulating the process.

JVS is a fraud company that extracted 42, 000 from me promising interviewers for immigration. They conducted fake interviews and there was no feedback. Now they are refusing the refund.

JVS Immigration picked my profile from one of the job portals and contacted me for providing overseas job assistance.
Initially they took 4000/- to evaluate the fitment of the profile. Then came back with positive results about the fitment with 90% sponsorship. 10% has to be borne by me (50000/-). I don't know how did they arrive at these figures, nor they were able to explain. It looked fishy but finally I agreed to take their services as they would sign an agreement with me on their offerings. I paid 41k first so that the agreement can be sent. After payment, they sent me an agreement to sign, by one person called Rajat. The agreement never talked about any services, instead it was describing about what they are not responsible for and refund policies (which they do very rarely). I was not OK to sign such an agreement. Then after long conversations going back and forth, they convinced me that agreement is not very important and finally with minor modifications I signed and sent the agreement.

Having received the signed agreement. Rajat then assigned a case manager to me, Suraj, to take it forward. Now Suraj sent me another agreement to sign which again was irrelevant to the services offered and with balance pending payments. I refused to sign one more agreement, especially with balance payments, as there are none. I asked him to correct the document and start the process soon - he disappeared. No response emails, not picking the calls, not responding to whatsapp.

It has been over a month since full payment has been made and any correspondence from them.

Any help is appreciated.

They are total fraud maker.
Don't even think to register with them for immigration and visa.
They are conducting fake interviews and taking money from you showing that like a real interviews are happening.
Even the persons who is in contact with you giving fake names.

Their company is registered on mca but they are making fraud showing like they are real.

Advice :Don't ever entertain such basters.
