Due to an minor accident my car HSRP plate is damaged and now the vehicle is under repair in your Mancheswar workshop and yet to released within one week, new HSRP plate to be required.
Authorised Maruti dealer as per OEMs authorised to carried out the matter to replacement.
Pl guide me for replacement.

Dear Sir/madam,
It is very painful to inform you that, i was given appointment for hsrp at jyote motors bhadrak on 10/09/2022 at 10.00 AM. But when i came for that they are refusing that they are not having my hsrp...and telling to come after 1 days..whereas i have come availing leave from my office. And also they are telling in a different manner that this is my fault of coming today. Kindly take this matter as most urgent as this...

Unsatisfactory customer service
I am using a Maruti Alto car for last six years .The car was purchased from the above Dealer at Bhubaneswar.The services provided at the centre at different points of time have been found by me to be quite unsatisfactory and unacceptable.The following major defects of custemers services have been noticed by me .
