However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

My CDC getting late

I have applied for indian cdc in the month of July 4th 2016. My application number is smo(m)/2016/2139 . When i checked in dg shipping site i found still under process . I have applied cdc by myself .Now it is for two and half month.My colleuges had got the cdc last month itself.
