I have booked a ticket in kpn ac semi sleeper chennai to paramakudi. But the bus driver to change the route in chennai to ramanathapuram. Then i arrange my own money to receive my home in paramakudi distance 50 km. My pnr no:h[protected] vehicle no:tn30be0823. Date :09-aug-2016. My bus ticket rs-699. Name: duraisingam. Mobile no:[protected] boarding pass:c7c7b1. Extra charge for my 10 kg plastic cover for 200 rupees...

we made it online. Our bank receipt no :
We did not get our online ticket to travel, we are unable to reach kpn also. When we are asking them to refund money for not issuing ticket they are not ready to oblige our request. KPN ph no: [protected].
We had spoken to the concerned but they had denied our request....

My daughter has traveled from Neyveli to coimbatore yesterday.in an A/c bus OF kpn travels

After boarding the bus at Neyveli, it was found that the a/c was not
working and windows also could not be opened.

All the passengers in the bus complained of suffocation and could not travel
The bus was stopped at Salem.

Since it was friday night, all the buses coming from chennai were full.br...
