TICKETS NOT RECEIVED THROUGH NET BANKING BOOKING. NOT REFUNDED THE AMOUNT ALSO

I BOOKED two TICKETS FROM NELLORE TO BANGALORE ON 21.02.2012 each Rs.419/- through netbanking. Amount deducted from bank account but till today the amount not credited to my bank account.

I boarded an express KSRTC bus from Bangalore at Kempegowda Bus Stand for Mysore on 8th December at 6.00 am.
